I walked towards my door, and unlock it. I set my bag down, and I turned on the bathroom light. I looked at my face and it was stained from crying, I didn't even cry that much. This is bullshit.
I was starring at the mirror as everything was hitting me, my house, my dog, the to-do list, everything was literally hitting me at the same time.
I was so lost in my thoughts, when my phone started ringing it made me jump. I looked to see who was calling me, it was Billie.
Maddie: "Hello?"
Billie: "Hi shorty, are you okay?"
Maddie: "Yeah, everything's hitting me at once and I don't know how I feel about it."
Billie: "What do you mean?"
Maddie: "When I get back from... New York, my career's going to change and I don't know if I'm ready for it."
Billie: "How is your career going to change?"
How do I say this without giving it away?
Maddie: "I met with Kenzie and I looked at the things I could do after New York, and they're all major events, shoots and opportunities. I don't know if I'm ready for all the seriousness, and like everything I'm doing is based around other companies and brands. I don't know if I'm ready to give up my freedom."
Billie: "You don't have to give up your freedom, you can still be yourself, but let everyone that works in your industry know that you're that bitch and no one can stop you."
Maddie: "I know no one can stop me, but like I don't know. Like for example I really liked working with prettylittlething because it was my line, but now I'm about to be working for other companies."
Billie: "Shorty, you are the most talented person I have ever met. I really think you can do everything that's planned, you were strained awhile ago and you were still able to do it. No one does it like you, they might not realize it yet. But you're one of a kind."
Maddie: "Thank you, babygirl. I love you. There's nothing that's really wrong, I'm nervous about my house and what my career is going to be."
Billie: "Why are you nervous about your house?"
Maddie: "Because, I really rushed into it. Like, don't get me wrong, I love my house and I love the location. But I don't know if I'm ready to take that leap or whatever, I don't know if I'm ready to become... that person."
Billie: "You don't have to rush it, you have time. Your house isn't done, use that time to figure out what you want to do. You shouldn't doubt your house, because that's going to be the best investment of your life and you're going to love it there."
Maddie: "I hope so." I let out a sob, hoping that she won't hear me.
Billie: "Aw shorty, don't cry. Please." I could hear the genuine concern in her voice as she spoke to me.
Maddie: "I'm sorry, I love you. Thank you."
Billie: "Why are you thanking me? You're my priority, so of course I'mma worry about you and wonder why you're not okay."
Maddie: "I know, I'll be okay though. I love you."
Billie: "I love you too, call me if you need anything."
Maddie: "Okay."
Billie: "No, I'm being serious. Call me if you need anything, call me if you can't fall asleep."
Maddie: "I will, I promise."
Billie: "You better be holding your pinky up."
I looked down at my hand that was rested on the counter, and my pinky was sticking straight up.
Maddie: "I am." I laughed lightly.
Billie: "There's your beautiful laugh." She said softly.
Maddie: "I love you, I'mma go to sleep."
Billie: "I love you too, sweet dreams. Call me when you wake up."
Maddie: "I will, goodnight."
Call Ended.
The Next Day: Monday, September 9th at 10:31A.M. TODAY IS THE DAY!!
I woke up really early, I didn't mean to of course. But I was up all night tossing and turning, because I'm nervous about tour. Not because I'm scared she's not going to want to see me, I'm scared because what if she sees me before I can pull off the surprise?
I was packing up everything that I took to New York, I didn't even realize how much stuff I brought. I was sitting on top of my suitcase, trying to zip it and then it hit me. It's my birthday.

Maddie: "Hi Isaac! I miss you!"
Isaac: "I miss you too Mads, I just wanted to tell you happy birthday and have a bomb ass time on tour."
Maddie: "I plan on it, thanks I love you. I'll talk to you soon."
Isaac: "Okay, I love you too, bye."
Call Ended.
My life would be so much easier if a majority of my phone calls went that quick.
I have nothing planned for today, even though my flight isn't until three. But I wanted to be packed and make sure everything was ready to go, I don't think Kenzie's up so I don't have anyone to talk to.

Well, now I'm really bored. But I ordered food, so I'll be okay.
It was about twenty minutes before my food got here, and my phone started ringing it was Holden.
Maddie: "Hey, what's up?"
Holden: "Are you busy?"
Maddie: "I'm about to eat, but besides that no."
Holden: "Good because I want to take you on a final photoshoot, that'll be my gift to you."
Maddie: "Aw, you don't have to."
Holden: "I know, but you deserve it. And you're really photogenic so yeah."
Maddie: "Give me like, an hour. Then I'll text you?"
Holden: "Good with me, see you soon."
Maddie: "Bye."
Call Ended.
Well that gives me something to do, I really didn't want to be bored all day. But I'm hungry as hell, so I'm about to eat. I wanted to shoot something.

I got ready for my shoot, I don't know where we're shooting. But I am excited as hell, because I love shooting with him. I have never been so happy to shoot with someone, I feel like it's because him and I connected so easily.
I texted him telling him that I was ready, and he told me that he would be here in about 10 minutes.
I called Kenzie.
Kenzie: "Happy birthday bitch."
Maddie: "Thank you, are you awake?"
Kenzie: "That is the dumbest thing I have ever heard you say."
Maddie: "I'm coming over."
Kenzie: "Say less."
I got up off the bed and walked out of the room, I knocked on Kenzie's door. She opened it with the biggest smile, she pulled me into a hug and we swayed.
Kenzie: "Today's the day!"
Maddie: "I can't believe we made it here."
Kenzie: "Not gonna lie to you, it was a difficult process to get you here. But we did that shit, and I could not be happier with everything that you have accomplished in this time."
Maddie: "I couldn't have done any of this without you, you make my career so flow so smoothly. I definitely had my moments, but you made it manageable."
Kenzie: "I've never managed someone's whole career, and I never thought that I would say that it's fun managing your career. I've had a blast with you, You're funny, driven, sweet and you put everyone else's needs before your own. Overall, I really enjoy working for you and I can't wait to see what your career holds for you after tour."
