It's been a while, to be honest I don't know what to write other than my boyfriend is a psychopath. Luckily Corey is ok, I'm not sure what I would have done if he hadn't of made it. I just wish we could have been seventeen. We're damaged really damaged but that does not make us wise we're not special we're not different we don't chose who lives or dies. Brennen has mentioned a few times about the school dance and now I'm scared scared of what he will do

"Hey look I know your mad I get it but...."
"No brennen I don't think you do" I slam my diary shut "you promise that no one who get hurt but instead you shot corey"
"I did it for us"
"Just stop the bullshit Brennen"
"I'm sorry, YN ok I'm sorry. I love you" he holds my head in his hands
"I love you too" I'm still not sure if I do, we've been through so much together
"Your still made at me aren't you?"
"Of course I'm mad we killed Xepher and nearly Corey"
"We're special"
"No we're not"
"YN stop. We've got work to do"
"What work? Brennen what are you on about?"
"We're going to make this world a better place"
"But when will this end" I shout throwing my arms in the air
"Until every asshole is dead"
"Your a psycho were done. You are not hurting any more people" I walk off and find Tara, Cassie and and Kat by Taras locker
"Hey are you ok?"
"I need to talk to you girls about Brennen, I think...." I'm cut off by Brennen calling for me
"YN I'm sorry. Its you I chose you please forgive me"
"Wait what happened?" Cassie asks
"Nothing it doesn't matter" Brennen puts his arm around me
"What were you going to say?" Tara asks
"Errm just that I think I'm falling in love"
"I've got to go but I'll see you later" Brennen says kissing my cheek. Devyn runs up to me
"YN I think Brennen was the one who shot Corey and I think you know what happened"
"W- what" I start to stutter
"Is that what you were going to tell us?" Kat looks at me confused
"I'm scared what he's going to do"
"What do you mean?" Cassie asks
"He said something a few weeks ago about the school dance and now he keeps talking about how it's going to be special. I think I have a plan. Everyone needs to come round to mine tonight ok?"
"Even the guys?" Tara asks
"Yes. Everyone. Including you Devyn. For the plan to work we all need to be on bored with it ok? No one else is getting hurt. I wanted someone strong who could protect me. I let his anger fester and infect me. His solution is a lie no one here deserves to die" except me and the monster I created
"Wait what" before I can answer Devyn I run out of the school. Once school had finished everyone came over to mine, I told them my plan of cancelling the school dance, however over the next week it looked like my plan wasn't working and I needed to change it and fast. I had also broken up with Brennen I couldn't do it. I didn't love him and he's crazy

Day of the dance
"All is forgiven baby! Come on, get dressed. You're my date to the pep rally tonight!
You chucked me out like I was trash, for that you should be dead but then it hit me like a flash, what if high school went away instead. And so I built a bomb tonight our school is Vietnam! Let's guarantee they'll never see their senior prom!" Oh my god what am I hearing. This ends tonight, I stand on a chair and tie a rope around my neck " YN open the door please YN open the door. YN can we not fight anymore, can we not fight anymore' YN sure, you're scared, I've been there. I can set you free! YN, don't make me come in there!
I'm gonna count to three! One! Two! Fuck it!"

Brennens POV
I slam open the door "no YN I was meant to be yours you were meant to be mine. That's it. I'm doing this for you baby" they took my love away from me now I'll take their school

Kat's POV
We arrive at YNs house as we were going to think of a new plan. We walk up to her room, I see her dangling there
"I think I'm gonna be sick" I sat with tears in my eyes

YN POV
"No Kat look I'm ok I'll explain later but I need to go" I run out the house the boys following me
"YN what's going on?" Colby asks
"It's Brennen he's going to blow up the school"
"Wait what?" Sam says in shock
"I'm going to stop him stay here" I get in my car and drive to the school. I head to the boiler room and see him
"Step away from the bomb"
"This isn't a bomb. The bombs are upstairs in the gym this is the trigger" my eyes grow wide
"I wish I could have helped you. You can't kill innocent people" I yell running up to the gym
"YN wait" I ignore him and pick up the bombs "Your right. I'll trade my life for yours"
"What?" He takes them from me and goes outside
"Please stand back now. Little further. Don't know what this thing will do. Hope you'll miss me. Wish you'd kiss me. Then you'd know I worship you. I'll trade my life for yours"
"Oh my god"
"And once I disappear"
"Wait hold on"
"Clean this mess up down here"
"Not this way"
"Or love is god" I turn away and hear loud noises. I walk away with my ears ringing and tears in my eyes
"YN what happened. You look like hell"
"I just got back" I look at Sam "it's over" I then see Corey walking, or hobbling to me
"Hey" I smile and wrap my arms around him
"Lets go be seventeen. Cuz this could be our final chance always be seventeen. Celebrate you and I" I look at Corey and smile even more
"Let's make this beautiful" he says
"Well make it beautiful" Corey and I kiss

3rd Person POV
The cast run on stage and hold hands bowing to the music that is playing. YN and Brennen take their final bow and the curtains close as the lights in the theatre turn back on. The audience is stood up clapping before they all make their way out of the theatre.
