SHORT SUMMARY OF CHAPTER 1
- I woke up when I heard people around me chatting, at dahil na din sa liwanag galing sa ilaw. It's not new to me. Palagi naman kasi akong dinadala sa hospital kapag inaatake ng matinding hika.
Slowly, I opened my eyes and then I saw Carlynn and Chantalle.
"Euri, you're awake!" Carlynn said, she approached me.
"Are you okay now?" Chantalle worriedly asked.
"Yeah, I am." I simply answered.
Tumingin ako sa paligid para makita kung nasaan ang iba pang kaibigan pero hindi ko sila nakita.
"Where are the others?" I asked.
"Oh! Sila Austin ba? They're just settiny some things." Carylnn answered and turned to her phone to contact our friends. "Uuwi din tayo pagkabalik nila."
"Okay I replied.

"Tara, puntahan natin sila!" Nauna na si Carlynn papunta doon.
Chantalle followed her towards the crowd. Susunod na din sana ako kaso biglang sumakit ang ulo ko, nahilo at umiikot ang paningin.
I was hit by a volleyball!
But before I fall to the ground, a guy snaked his arm around my waist.
Masakit ang ulo ko pero pinipilit ko pa din makita kung sino ang nasa harap ko.
He's slightly tapping my cheeks. "Miss... Miss, are you alright?"
Even though no one's telling me, shocked was shown on my face.
The guy who's holding me was the guy I saw earlier! I am sure of it!
"Can you stand?" His forehead slightly creased.
"Yeah..." wala sa sariling tumango ako. He is holding me carefully as we go to the clinic.
Nawala na yata ang pagkahilo ko.
