"Ano na naman 'yang kalokohan mo Ven?" I rolled my eyes at her. Basta ganyan siya magsalita, instant kalokohan na 'yan.
"Porket kinurot lang kita kalokohan na? Ganon!? Tsk!" Umakto siyang nagtatampo at umismid bago tumingin sa kabilang direksyon.

I was busy peeling an apple at the side when I heard a knock on the door. I didn't bother to look up and just focused on what I was doing.
"Good afternoon, your doctor is out-" Natigilan ako sa pamilyar na tinig. I couldn't be mistaken, I know it's him. And my decision of lifting my head confirmed my thoughts.
I heard Ven gasp out loud. "Leverest?"
