Chapter 101 : alarm

Liam's P.O.V :

So after the film was over , me and Cassie stayed seated and waited for everyone else to go out of the room , the last thing we both wanted was to get stuck in that crowd . After about 15 minutes , the room was totally empty , me and Cassie got up and left the room , on our way out of the cinema , we both saw something we both didn't wish to see , at least today . Paparazzi and fans were surrounding the exit door . I sighed and wrapped my arms protectively around Cassie and pulled her close to me . I put my hand in front of her eyes , to try and block the flashlight from the cameras . I then leaned down and whispered in her ear :

"Just keep your head down and don't answer any questions"

She nodded and I could feel her tense against my body . I found myself leaning again and whispering words in her ear to try and make her calm while we walked back to my car , I told her things like "don't worry babe" , "everything is fine" , "calm down" , "nothing to be worried about" , "it is okay darling" and so on . Once reaching the car , I unlocked it and opened for Cassie the door and when she got in , I closed it and went to the other side of the car and got in myself . I started the car fast and drove out of the cinema's parking lot , once we were safe , I stopped the car at the side of the road and turned to Cassie and took her hands both in mine and looked at her .

Liam : "are you okay ???"

She nodded . I pulled her to me as she rested her head in the crook of my neck . I patted her back and my other hand ran through her hair .

Liam : "don't worry babe , you will get used to it"

She nodded yet again . I pull back and looked in her eyes while smirking and said :

"So where is my kiss ??? I said I would save it for later"

She smiled and leaned in , she kissed me and I kissed her back . We had this slow passionate kiss , eventually I had to pull away when I remembered that we are kissing in a car parked on the side of the road . I drove to the road again only this time with Cassie's hand in mine . After reaching home , we both went upstairs , I pulled her to my room but she didn't move and tried to fight back .

Cassie : "I can't sleep beside you everyday Liam . They will know"

I nodded , she is right . I kissed her check and she said :

"Good night Liam"

Liam : "good night Cass"

I went in my room and closed the door . Seconds later , I heard another door shut and I knew it was Cassie . I went to change and then I sat on my bed and took my phone , I checked the time to find it 3 am . Woah . After about 5 minutes of quick checking of the social media , I locked my phone and connected it to the charger then closed the lights and got under the sheets and slept ....

*next Friday*

Cassie's P.O.V :

I woke up to the sound of an alarm going off . I groaned and reached over for my phone but found that it wasn't mine , it must be Liam's then . I reached over Liam's side and found his alarm going off . At first I didn't know why he had his alarm on when it is Friday , it is vacation so it is a bit too early to wake up at this time but once I saw the alarm name , I remembered everything . "Family gathering" . Today we are supposed to go to Wolverhampton for the family gathering that the Payne family is having and also which I am invited to . It was 6 am . I was pulled out of my thoughts by Liam saying :

"Good morning babe"

I looked down and found that I am still nearly hovering Liam . I quickly moved back and said :

"Oh good morning Liam , sorry about that"

Liam : "nah it is okay"

Cassie : "well then we better start getting ready"

I got up and went my bathroom which is attached to my bedroom while Liam went to the hallway bathroom , the boys knew about Liam's family gathering and that I am also invited to it so they didn't question much when he stayed over at mine . After doing my business , brushing my teeth and washing my face . I went out and walked to my closet and took out a baggage and put it on the bed before opening it and putting in it a pyjama , an outfit incase we are going to go out , a comb , hair ties , accessories and all those stuff . After I was done . I zipped it and Liam came in , he is ready cool . Now I am going to make him late .

Liam : "need any help ???"

Cassie : "yeah please , can you pick out an outfit for me ???"

Liam : "sure babe"

He walked to my closet and started picking out an outfit and while he was doing that , I prepared the bathroom for a quick shower . I then took the outfit from him and went to the bathroom and did take a quick shower before putting on the outfit . I walked out and looked at Liam , he was laying in my bed .

Cassie : "how do I look ???"

Liam : "perfect"

He gave me a thumb up .

Liam : "ready ???"

I nodded . I planned to let my hair fall over my shoulders so I am ready . He got up and took my baggage and we both went down and out of the house . I got in the passenger side while Liam was putting the baggage in the truck . He then got in and put on his seatbelt before starting the car and saying :

"So we will eat breakfast on our way . Is McDonald's alright with you ???"

I laughed .

Cassie : "do you think ???"

He laughed back , knowing that I can't say no to McDonald's . I mean who would say no to McDonald's ??? Liam put on the radio and started driving to McDonald's while saying :

"Here we come Wolverhampton"

I bet it is going to be a good weekend .......
