Seeing you again helped me find closure. That situation was no longer of importance, considering you were still an immature prick that begged for my attention. You're not a man if you go to the gym or are good at boxing or babyfoot. You're a man when you handle responsibilities and you seek a better you. You're a man when you fight for people you love, when you apologize to people you've treated very wrong. You acted like a fool again, instead of taking the opportunity and doing the right thing this time. See, the only thing I felt seeing you was regret. Not the kind of regret that involves you, the one that involves me. You made me go through the worst feelings, and I still ached for you to come back. I still wanted you after you showed me your monsters. I still would've accepted your apologies knowing your inner demons. Now all I want is an opportunity to meet a new person, another chance to find love. Did you seriously think I'd wait for you forever? That only happens in fairytales. I'm doing better without you, i have amazing friends surrounding me. And you're not the one that matters most anymore. You're just another guy I won't remember soon enough, too busy counting my successes and enjoying my adult life at the most.
