"..yeah! Why not?"

"Yes!!" I grabbed the nail polish, setting his hands in my lap.

"You're gonna look really nice with this color.." i grinned, happy as a clam.

"Will I?"

"You will. I think you'll look nice in nail polish. I sure love it."

"That's cause you look so cute in it."

"You'll look even cuter in it."

"Swear it'll look good?"

"I swear."

"Alright. I'm gonna get made fun of so hard" he chuckled

"Why would you? I don't get made fun of for it."

"Well, you actually look cute in it. You look like a witch of some sort with your crystal necklace and your painted nails. You look cute. I, likely, will just look like a man wearing nail polish. For you, it's like a part of your whole thing"

"I think men look good in nail polish. And I think you'll look very nice. Now hold still, or I'm gonna mess up!"

"I am holding still!"

"No you're not!"

"Shut up, I so am!"

"You're not!!" I giggled

"I don't think I can be more still than this!!"

"Darn it!"

He laughed, making me pause, to give him a kiss.

"Alright, just try to stay still, I'm nearly done!!"

"Okay okay!! Jeez, so demanding!" He chuckled, blowing me a little kiss.

"I missed you while you were at work yesterday..." I mumbled

"I missed you too, baby. But I need to work. Besides, you can call whenever you need me. Even if you just wanna talk."

"I know but still.. it's not the same as having you here next to me."

"I know. But if you need me, I'm only a phone call away.."

"I guess."

"But i have a day off today. So let's just be grateful for that."

"Yeah." I nodded, painting his last nail.

"How does it look?" He chuckled, holding his hands up

"It looks awesome!"

"Really?"

"Yeah! You look kinda hot!"

"Well, I cannot wait for the guys at work to see this" he said sarcastically, chuckling.

"I think you look good.."

He smiled, just glad he could please me by doing this.
