Before I begin with anything I want to let you know that I see what's happening in America at the moment. And even though I don't support violence in any way, the way that those protesters get treated is horrible, and it does make me very angry, it makes me angry that there are still people who think that people of colour aren't the same. That they're terrorists or criminals just because of their skin colour. I am sick and tired of people pretending to be shocked. Because I know what happens, and if I do see or hear something like that happening, I speak up.
I wanna day this very clearly, and I know I've said it before and you're going to hear it a lot more from me. If you are rude, disrespectful, hateful, racist, homophobic, sexist, especially in the comments of the things I write, I will speak up because it actually hurts me, as a writer I feel responsible for those comments, and I've had them before, and those actually keep me up at night believe it or not. And yes sometimes I shade the russos, but it's for comedic purposes.
And I got one comment that got to me the most. It got deleted a long, long time ago.
"You only make imagines for white Europeans and you don't include any type of diversity" and it was followed by a string of curse words that would make a sailor blush, which is probably why it was deleted. But just know that that is absolutely not what I go for. I try to make them diverse by not giving away things like skin colour, maybe I put people at the top, but that's for inspiration, it's not a must.
In other news (IM probably gonna get hate for this anyway) Corona is still a thing guys!, especially in the Netherlands things are finally looking up and then people decide to just protest in a large group with masks that create what we call (roughly translated) "false safety", they don't work against completely, so what they do is first complain about having to stay inside, supper the healthcare department, but stick up their middle finger to the nurses and cities by protesting in large groups without the 1,5 meter limit, WE ARE STILL IN A PANDEMIC PEOPLE!, EVERY LIFE THAT GETS TAKEN BY EITHER CORONA OR BY THE POLICE OR GOVERNMENT IS ONE TOO MANY!
I also try to do requests that are out of my comfort zone, which you all know because I write awkward things on top of the chapter to let you know I tried my best.
I ACCEPT EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU!
I'm just saying it loud and clear for the people in the back.
I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU LOOK LIKE BEHIND THE SCREEN AND FRANKLY I DON'T CARE BECAUSE YOU'RE ALL AMAZING PEOPLE WITH AMAZING COMMENT ABILITY, DIFFERENT OPINIONS AND I LOVE YOU GUYS!
So...now with that being said... rant over... on with the chapter. And stay safe guys!
Song: Ozuna ft. The Black Eyed Peas - MAMACITA.
Imagine; you're a district attorney, you have to win a case against Bucky Barnes. But you lose.
Your clothes:
•
You are ruthless when it comes to putting people in jail for life with even the smallest piece of evidence, like a fingerprint or even a hair.
You know how to uncover every little secret inside of someone, some call it a gift, you see it more like more of a curse rather than w blessing.
You can look them in the eyes and tell when they're lying, everyone knows that the minute you set foot in that courtroom, it's about to be one hell of a show.
So when you walk into the courtroom on November 5th, whispers erupt from the large crowd seated in the courtroom including the defendants side.
'Shit...' Sam whispers as he watches you set up your files.
'What is it?' Bucky asks leaning towards him.
'That's Y/n Y/l/n...she has kind of a reputation..'
'Wait that's her?' Steve cuts in.
'Yup.. we are totally screwed with this one...'
Which, in the beginning, they kind of were. If you're honest, you were ademend on taking him down. Until you looked into his eyes. He was innocent.
You may or may not have his evidence on your part from the judge to make sure you would lose the case, but not make it obvious.
And when the judge announced her decision that all charges were dropped against Mr. Barnes, you couldn't help but show a small smirk as you see them celebrating their victory.
His eyes meet yours and you can see a little confusion when his eyes move to your now smiling lips as you gather your things.
Usually lawyers who lose aren't in such a good mood, but Bucky sees you're not as mad as you should be. And then he finally understands what you did.

'Dure I think this is a very bad idea, what if the paparazzi show up...they're going to suspect she lost on purpose...she can lose her job...'
'I gave her the decision to meet me, she could've said no... and besides-'
'I know the law baby...' you slide in the booth with the two super soldiers and the one they call Falcon.
Bucky smiles at you and you give him a slight nod while a smirk grows on your face.
'Thank you for meeting me...'
'Well...I have to say.. it was kind of unexpected, unless you want to rub your win in my face, then I totally understand...' you joke.
'No we're not here to rub it in, although that sounds amazing...' Sam replies and you chuckle.
'If wouldn't really matter to me... since you didn't win if it wasn't for me...'
'You confess huh?' Bucky speaks up, his own trademark of a smirk on his face.
'What is she talking about?' Steve finally mixes into the conversation.
'She lost on purpose...and she's admitting it right here and now...Steve come on man...keep up...' Sam replies.
'Why?'
'Because I can see when people are guilty, he ain't guilty...the winter soldier is and he and the soldier are not the same person...so I may have kept some information for myself...'
'Did you now?'
'Oh please!, I could've completely destroyed you if I wanted to and you know it...'
'I like her...' Sam declares after talking for hours and you laugh.
'You guys are pretty funny too..'
Bucky inhales making you frown with a smile.
'You smell that?' He asks and you tilt your head. 'It's the smell of a new friendship...'
'Yeah right Barnes...for us maybe...I think she's into you..'
'I plead the fifth...' You smirk maintaining eyecontact with Bucky.
'See?!' Sam says rather loud.
'It's getting rather late, I should go...' you slide out of the broth while Steve and Sam are behaving like five year olds while Bucky actually listens to you.
'I'll walk with you, give these two some time to recollect themselves...' he glances at Steve and Sam, clearly a little drunk.
You both walk out into the cold and dark streets of New York.
'Thank you...I'm sure you had your reasons, but thank you...'
'Like I said, you're innocent...it would be wrong to tear you down...'
He puts his hands in his pockets and you put yours in your pockets.
'I uh, was hoping you would be interested in meeting again, without those two punks...'
'Mr. Barnes are you asking me on a date?'
'Perhaps...would you be interested?'
'I would be lying if I said I wasn't...so yes... how about dinner...tomorrow night?' You suggests and he nods.
'I'll text you...'
'Good...so uh...goodnight...Bucky...'
'Night..Y/n...' he replies before you walk off.
You made the right choice. And you don't regret a thing. Because in the end, you have some new friends, and possibly something more....
