The names, characters, and incidents mentioned in the story are purely fictional. For authenticity, the author has used names of some real places and institutions as they represent cultural icons of today and aid storytelling. There is no intention to imply anything else. Also, the Xhasis is not any real organization (Google said so), if there comes one in the future it will be a mere coincidence.

Again, complicated words simplified, the places and institutions I have used in this story are real except for the Xhasis but that doesn't mean I am snooping around India. I am an author and tend to write after good research about places and characters I am going to use. (It's not a fantasy to create my world.) But there are a few things that would be purely fictional as Google Maps and Images don't show everything inside an institute or a place!

It'll be a mere coincidence if you find any incident related to you or your life in this story.

Before you go and start reading this story, I want to warn you that the language of this story is not so flattering and is filled with sarcasm, curses, and more, so please don't feel offended... And will, for sure, have a hell lot of Indian puns.

This story takes place between 2018 to 2026 (mostly in 2023-24), so in the future, the cultural and social references will change (like they change always) and a few things won't make sense for the readers who might read it in the coming years. Please understand I write stories to show romance and love, as originally as possible with details to whatever period and section of people I am writing about. This means that if I am writing about an Indian lower-middle-class family in 2010, some of their perspective and habits won't make sense to poor/rich people living in 2025, yes, I do my research well.

This story has some adult content (sex, trauma, and other kinds of stuff along the line) and I will try to warn you in those particular chapters that they are the 18+ zones and could be skipped if possible. By the way, this story is tagged as 'Mature' for a reason.

Also, here is my usual warning, this is a rough draft with mistakes, typos, errors, bla, bla and bla. If you are awesome with editing and stuff, please comment in the respective paragraph and help me improvise rather than spread negativity. I am a bottle-full-of-optimism girl but not a tolerate-the-bullies meek personality.

And sorry, no sneak peek because this time I don't have a particular scene to write beforehand and merge it into my story later.

Started: Initially in 2016. Restarted in 2023, then again in 2024.

Edited: Started in 2024. (Chapters with YouTube links are edited for the first time, might do a second editing after I finish writing.)
