She missed me. She so fucking missed me.

That was the only thought that captured Xavier's mind when he halted his car to the side of the road, unbuckled his seat belt, and turned towards her.

In a flash of a second, he unbuckled her seat belt and scooped her in his arms. He heard her scream in shock, her hands fisting the fabric of his shirt. He placed her over his lap as his lips crushed over her lush lips.

Heaven.

It had been tormenting to avoid her, to see her every day and not talk or not be able to look into her beautiful black eyes. It was a painful punishment that he had inflicted on himself and he definitely would have died if he had endured it any further.

She slowly started to kiss him back shifting herself above him as she straddled across his lap. Her hands held his face as she kissed him hungrily. He nibbled her lips, finally biting her lower lip lightly before kissing her hard.

"Ah, Xavier...", she moaned.

One of her hands traced his jaw and slowly crawled over the back of his head. Her tiny fingers grabbed his hair and pulled his head down sharply as her body straightened, her beautiful face hovering above his. He groaned in pleasure as his eyes met hers, they were looking at him with so much passion.

She imitated what she had learned from him, dominating him with pure desire. He wanted to throw her down and make love to her, he was hard and ready to take her then and there. But he knew better, he knew she was too naive for his wicked ways, and he had to go slow.

His right arm cinched her waist simultaneously his left hand pulled her hair band, releasing her hair from the bun.

She broke free from their kiss, her wet lips shining and holding that goddamned pout. She shook her head, and a beautiful curtain of her jet-black hair cascaded down her back. A few wavy locks framed her face, sweetly dangling like bells as she moved closer to him.

Fuck, she's so beautiful.

She leaned in again and holding his face she nibbled his jaw. He felt his body straining hard, he waited eagerly as he held her closer and she started to kiss his lips again.

His left hand slipped in front, his index finger tracing her collarbone inwards and slowly edging towards the valley of her breasts. He tugged the buttons of her loose kurti that came off easily. The back of his fingers grazed her full breasts over the neckline of her bra, skin to skin, and she arched thrusting herself into him as her head bobbed back closing her eyes.

She murmured strings of Tamil as he left light kisses on her neck before nipping hard at the end and she whimpered. His left hand slipped to her side and landed on her hips. He squeezed her curves making her push her breasts onto his face. He kissed her visible cleavage before flicking his tongue out to taste her skin.

"Xavier... I... Xav...", she heaved gasping for air.

"I know, sweetheart.", he murmured against her skin before pulling her head down to kiss her hard for one last time.

Her shaky fingers tried to open buttons of his shirt but he caught her hand. He stopped kissing and looked at her flushed figure, her beautiful lashes sleeping against her cheeks. She looked perfect.

After a few seconds, she calmed, and he held her chin. "Krithika.", he called her name and her eyes fluttered open. Her eyes were storming with absolute affection, he almost wanted to kiss her again and never stop. But there was something he wanted to ask, a very important question.

"Would you like to date me?", his voice was hoarse, from all the tiredness of the day and kissing her like a drug.

He had no clue where the idea of dating her had come into his mind. He wasn't sure if he had moved on from his past, but he didn't want to lose the chance of being with her.

And he would be damned to use her as a one-night stand, no woman deserved that unless that was their personal choice, and he wasn't the one who ever did that to himself. He wanted to treat her with respect, to treat himself with respect, and he wanted her to know about him.

"What?", she asked quizzically, her brows furrowing in confusion.

"Sweetheart, would you like to date me?", he asked again, very slowly, to help her register his words. It would be embarrassing if she rejected him, but he had to take a risk.

She kept her silence, her arms still over his shoulder as she looked somewhere near his shirt collar.

Please say something.

"I... I can't deny the attraction, and I don't think I can avoid you anymore.", he sighed, "It's okay if you want to say no, I get it."

"Yes.", she replied as she stared at his face, "I would very much like to date you, Mr. Xavier Lucifer Joseph. I am tired of lying to myself, I am very much tired of dreaming about you every day and night.", she smiled leaning in, "I want to give you a chance to prove me right.", and gave him a light peck on his nose. It surprised both of them and she immediately pulled back.

He smiled and gave her a quick kiss before helping her to sit back in her seat, "Thanks for trusting me."

"I don't, Xavier.", she replied as she licked her lips, "Make me trust you."

Grinning to himself he started his car, "As you wish, my sweetheart.", he shook his head in disbelief, "As you wish."

A/N

If it's not an "Adiye" moment, then I don't know what it is. I listen to this song almost every day and just wonder wtf Kapil Kapilan thinks while singing any song that he has so much raw passion and emotion. Also, the vocal range that he carries is unbelievable- like he goes from zero to a hundred in seconds, how!?

Wow, just wow!

Also, it took me sixty chapters (almost 51K words) to make my protagonists at least start dating, whew. It was a long journey and I am surprised at my commitment to writing a full-length novel XD
