"Attention everyone!"

Standing in the middle of the balcony, Farhan clinked his glass with a spoon, "Well, it's time to make a toast."

Alisha and Krishna groaned, "Angrezi chonchle!", as they both strolled towards him.

"What? As if you peasants don't ever toast?", he turned his face to Satya, "Satty darling, where's the etiquette in these people? Are we two the only ones who are proper amongst this uncultured troop?"

Satya nonchalantly shrugged, her eyes staring at her husband as he smiled at Farhan, her mind trying to detect what was going inside that persistent and silent brain of Valmiki.

"Says the monkey who does all the adventures.", Xavier dryly commented.

"Come on, let him have his moment.", Samiksha shushed them.

"Well, thanks, my lady.", Farhan winked causing Samiksha to blush.

"Xav, my not-so-dear friend...", he started his speech, "I, always, had wanted to punch you in the eye, specifically the right one, you might know the reason.", he arched his right brow, a prominent mark over it wrinkling at his order.

Xavier shook his head, his arms holding Krithika, "Asshole.", he muttered.

"But I resist because if you hadn't thrashed me that day, I wouldn't have had the chance to talk to the most beautiful girl in the universe... She had applied some dodgy cream over my bleeding wounds, and her sweet lilting voice had made my heart race, oh, it still does.", he pulled Alisha closer, staring at her face he continued, "Over the years, I had immensely hurt my darling, trying to get rid of her, but bloody hell... She kicked my arse and continued to nosh my life, consuming me like her favorite Sondesh.", he bent to kiss her passionately and she moaned.

Smiling against her lips, he said, "How could I not see that it was all about love? Oh god, how could I not see that I was meant to be hers?", he chuckled, "Almost thirty-seven years ago, the love between a Nawab and a British lady had blossomed to end up here, to be a pet of this feisty Bengal tigress."

Alisha giggled.

"So, thank you, Xavier Lucifer Joseph, for that fist punch, for always being there for my darling." he bowed his head to Xavier, "Krithika, the man beside you is crazy, don't doubt that... You have signed up for something you could have never imagined, for Xavier is all about passion and love."

Krithika coyly smiled as Xavier bent and gave a quick peck on her forehead, muttering, "Kanmani, I love you."

"To Xavier and Krithika.", Krishna raised his glass and stared at his wife. He looked deep into her eyes, crossing all the barriers of the mortal world, and his eyes held all the love he could muster for her, "To Love."

Samiksha lowered her eyes, her sooty eyelashes sleeping against her pink cheeks, and Krishna parted his lips, his body wanting to reach out and kiss her. But he didn't, his wife would never agree to it, she would never allow him to touch her in public. So, he did what he could do, merely admire her from a distance.

Akash held Priya's hand and smiled at her, "To Love.", while she rolled her eyes and mouthed, "Whatever."

Rashi and Rathna stared at each other as she mumbled, "To Love.", her lips puckered up and Rathna shifted his vision towards Xavier and Krithika. He felt uneasy looking back at Rashi, there was something about her, something that made his heart race a marathon every time he noticed her lips.

"To Love.", Valmiki muttered to himself as he observed Satya staring at him, his wife's eyes were glazed with unshed tears. His heart ached to wipe out all her pain and show her what she deserved; as for him, every ounce of happiness and love in his universe was made for her.

Well, well, well.

That's too many stories :P

That's the last part of 'Men in Love'.

I think I enjoyed writing this particular set of chapters the most. (they were the longest set of all, containing 8 parts in total)

The reason is that I have always carried these characters in my head- Krishna, Samiksha, Alisha, Xavier, and Farhan (also, Subhadra- oh, how much I love her, no not sarcasm). They have been in my mind for 8-9 years now and expressing each of their love and life was... A beautiful experience for me.

Including a new set of people in this lovely bunch of people was thrilling.

Today, I am a happy woman.

"In Dino" is such a romantic song, the lines- "Usko Chupakar Main Sabse Kabhi Le Chalun Kahin Dur, Aankhon Ke Pyalon Se Peeta Rahun Uske Chehre Ka Noor..."

Translation- "I would love to steal her far away, for some time, from the eyes of the world while my eyes sip (admire) the bright light of her beautiful face."

Now, that's some lyrics to die for.
