Episode 53

Joe, Demi and Nick travelled for pretty much the whole day before they stopped off at a hotel, they could have flown but they liked the adventure. Touring wasn't something they could do all the time and wanted to take advantage as much as they could. They didn't have a show tonight but they did have one tomorrow and planned to do some exploring as it's a place nobody has been to before. They would do sound check around three in the afternoon before heading off for some dinner. They were all nervous wanting the first show of the tour to go well.

"Get up to all you want in there." Nick smirked before heading into his hotel room which was next to Joe and Demi's, they decided they would share wanting to keep each other's company. Joe shook his head as he entered the hotel room dumping his bag on the floor.

"Travelling tires me out!" Joe exclaimed as he suppressed a large yawn stretching his arms out. Demi laughed as she bent under his arm entering the room a little more.

"We were going to trash the hotel room remember?" Demi questioned Joe laughing as his mouth closed his arms coming back down.

"As fun as that sounds as well as what Nick thinks we could get up to I plan just to sleep. It's going to be busy day tomorrow but I do need a shower." Joe stated kissing her forehead gently before entering the bathroom. Demi smiled collapsing down on the bed, she was used to being tired all the time by now but couldn't wait for the fun that came with touring.

"Is it safe to come in?" Demi heard as she read on the couch Joe fast asleep on the bed. Demi laughed making her way over to the door opening it seeing Nick stood there his eyes covered in case he saw something he didn't want to see. Demi couldn't help but laugh again at him being so immature, he was like it when she was with Wilmer. Demi pulled his hand away allowing him to see her in the clothes she had travelled in.

"Joe is asleep." Demi stated entering the room as did Nick.

"Is he okay?" Nick asked a little concerned. They were both worrying that he might back out at the last minute but they hoped with opening for One Direction and a couple of other artists it would boost his confidence a little bit.

"Yeah he said travelling tires him out so just went to bed, he's been like a log for an hour now." Demi stated as they slumped down on the couch, both Demi and Nick had slept on the tour bus where Joe didn't, he was too excited and had been for a couple of days.

"You'd better leave him to sleep for as long as he can. he's not used to this whole living off four hours sleep situation." Nick answered.

"I think your forgetting he did touring with his teammates when he was a football player, it might not be completely the same thing but I bet they didn't sleep all night while they were travelling the country." Demi defended.

"All I'm saying is it will take him a while to get used to, have you spoken to Wilmer recently?" Nick questioned Demi sighing shaking her head gently.

"I still don't know whether I want to bother being friends with him, I think it might end up being more work than what I'm looking for." Demi admitted.

"I think it's worth a shot, he know where he stands and that you're in a pretty much long term relationship with someone else. If he tries anything you drop him as a friend completely and he's lost the chance." Nick suggested.

"I suppose it's worth a shot, I just don't know whether I'm completely over what he said to me in that interview." Demi couldn't help but smile as he wrapped his arm around her bringing her into a hug. She hugged him back enjoying the time they were spending together. She always found time for her friends with a relationship on the go but now they were all on tour and she looked forward to spending time with both her boyfriend and his brother who so happened to be her best friend.
