Chapter 13: Almost impossible Part 1

Summary: Peter and Tony go on vacation to get away from all the chaos that happened with IW

There will be a part 2 I had to pick a different actor to play Lucas because obviously there can't be two Tom Holland's unless he had a twin or a clone.

And the actor playing Lucas is.

*Drumroll*

Jacob Tremblay who played Auggie in wonder which is a great movie I totally recommend watching it. Jacob is 12 in real life so i thought he would be perfect to play Lucas.

Anyway on with the story.

Peter and Tony went on vacation to get away but what they didn't know was another tragic event would happen in their lives once more and almost tore them apart.

They went to Khao Lak, Thailand Orchard Resort. They signed in and went to their room then got ready for a special dinner. "Dad c'mon we're gonna be late." Peter said jumping in excitement. (Peter is 12)

"Hold on kiddo I'm coming." Tony said walking and buttoning the last button on his shirt.

Tony and peter walked out of their room and went to the beach. They saw other families laughing and being with each other when just a few weeks ago the world almost ended with a purple titan try to erase half of existence.

And Tony almost had to say goodbye to his son before a brutal battle and didn't know if he would come back but he did and couldn't have been more grateful.

After they ate tony walked with peter to set lanterns in the sky. "Three..Two..One blast off!" Tony and peter exclaimed.

"Wow." Peter said in awe.

"That is cool isn't it?" Tony asked.

"Yeah." Peter replied. Peter was terrified about his dad being in space but felt relieved to have him back but what changed is that Pepper didn't make it. She was protecting peter but ended up dying in the process and peter has had nightmares of his family never coming back a few of his dreams have been about him turning to dust luckily that didn't happen.

"You tired bud?" Tony asked hearing his son yawn. Peter sleepily nodded, Tony walked with him back and carried peter to his bed. He kissed his forehead and hearing a content hum from his son tony went to bed.

The next day.

Tony's POV

Last night was the first night peter hasn't woken up with a nightmare that's good. I thought we needed to get away with everything that has happened.

I got dressed and went to Peter's room to wake him up but when I opened the door I saw him awake and dressed. "Hey Pete."

"Hi dad."

"You ready to go swimming?"

"Yeah I got my goggles and I put sunscreen on."

"Good job Underroos let's go." We walked out to the pool and peter brought his small beach ball and we got in and swam around until I threw the ball to far and peter went to get it.

He got the ball but something was off I saw trees in the distance crashing down and birds were flying away from the ocean. Then a huge wave erupted and tore through the resort I looked at Peter who dropped the ball.

"Peter!" I yelled.

"Dad!" He yelled back.

Peter's POV

I yelled for dad but got swept away by the wave after I came up but everything was destroyed. The water kept trying to keep me under I called out for dad but I couldn't see him. I swam and held onto a knocked down tree. Then I saw a woman and boy floating towards me. "Hey over here!" I called out. They saw me and swam towards me. "Thank you."

"You're welcome."

"My name is Maria and this is my son Lucas." Maria said.

"Hello Maria and Lucas." I said.

"What's your name?" Lucas asked.

"I'm Peter."

"Nice to meet you peter." Maria said.

"Nice to meet you too under these circumstances." I said.

"I thought I was a brave kid mum I'm scared." Lucas said.

Maria moved closer to Lucas and held him while he cried, "I'm scared too." Maria whispered to Lucas. I didn't want to intrude on them so I scanned the area to see if I could find my dad but I couldn't. "Peter did you travel with other family or friends?" Maria asked.

"M-my d-dad." I said.

"Where's your mum if you don't mind me asking?" She asked.

"I-in h-heaven she died a few weeks ago."

"Oh I'm sorry."

"No i-it's okay I know she's not hurting anymore."

"I n-need to find my dad."

"We should climb that tree incase another wave hits." I said pointing to a big tree.

"Good thinking peter but my mum is injured." Lucas said.

"I'll be okay Lucas let's get to safety."

We walked to the tree and climbed it I couldn't stop thinking about dad being alone and looking for me. I started crying, "It's okay peter we'll find your dad." Maria reassured.

"I hope so."

Tony's POV

After the wave hit I ended up back at the resort then at an airport with other survivors looking for their families and friends.

"I sent my two youngest up to the mountains I'm trying to find my wife and eldest son."

"What about you Mr.?"

"I'm looking for my son Peter he and I got separated when the wave hit the resort." I said.

"We can look for our families together then."

"My name is Henry."

"Hi Henry I'm Tony Stark."

"I know who you are I work for your company in Japan."

"I'm Karl and I'm looking for my wife and daughter." And the search began don't worry peter I'm going to find you.
