Chapter 183: Snow Day REVAMPED

(I owe you guys a lot of fluff after those angsty chapters. So here's another revamped adorable one.)

Anyway, on with the story.

Peter woke up at eight in the room, and knowing he wouldn't fall back asleep, he got dressed and walked out to his family's living room and looked out the window. Seeing fresh white, shining, shimmering snow across the entirety outside of the Avengers compound. He turned to the kitchen to get breakfast which consisted of a bowl of Lucky Charms cereal while he sat at the table he saw his dad and the team walk in. "You're up early, sport," Steve said.

Peter smiled at his father, "Yeah."

"It's snowing." Tony said, looking out the window. Peter tried containing his excitement, of course Steve could see it in his eyes and Peter exclaimed, "Can we please go outside after breakfast!" The adults glanced at each other smiling and chuckling at Peter's excitement.

"Time?" Clint asked.

"Thirty seconds." Natasha replied.

Steve ruffled his son's hair, "It only took you thirty seconds before you started getting excited bud. That's a new record."

"Why is Peter excited by the white stuff on the ground outside?" Thor asked, genuinely confused about the whole thing.

"Uncle Thor doesn't know what snow is?"

"No, no, no. We don't need a lecture." Natasha said but Peter was gone, he ran to his room to grab his notes on snow analysis. He came back and explained everything there is about snow to Thor and he thought he understood. "Are you done kiddo?" Nat asked in exasperation, this kid was really going to be the death of her.

"Yes, can we go outside please?" Peter pleaded.

"Okay everyone get your gear on we're playing in the snow." Tony said. Peter ran to his room again and got his gear on, after getting dressed for the day. He met the team back in the living room then they headed outside. Once they got outside Peter felt the crisp cold air hit his face and he smiled widely. He stared back at his family who were smiling at him. He began jumping around when he felt his spidey senses tingling.

It was telling him to move, so he moved and saw a snowball whiz past his head, he turned to see Clint looking disappointed, and then smirk he made another snowball and came charging towards Peter and the young teen ran. Peter ran past Steve and shouted. "ON YOUR LEFT!" Steve then got a snowball to his face, Steve retaliated and threw his own snowball hitting Clint in the shoulder.

"Uncle Clint, stop chasing me, mom help!" Peter yelled

"Sorry Pete, no can do." His spidey sense ran out again and Peter moved, seeing a snowball hit Clint and saw Natasha laughing. Peter looked at his dad, seeing him smile and walk towards him. "Hey kiddo, having fun?" He asked.

Peter smiled, "Yeah. Want to help me build a snowman?" Steve nodded and they started building a snowman. Later Peter laid on the ground and made snow angels. After that everyone was getting cold so they all went back inside and enjoyed some hot chocolate while watching a movie. "Today was fun." Peter said.

"Peter, do you have homework?" Natasha questioned her son.

"I finished it a few hours ago." Peter answered.

"I can't believe there's a teenager that has themselves together more than most adults." Bruce said. Peter glanced at the clock and it was ten at night. "Sorry, gotta go on patrol."

"Bye Spider-Boy." Tony teased.

Peter rolled his eyes and replied while leaving the room. "It's Spider-Man Tin Can, respect the hyphen!"

"Yeah, you're not a man yet. You're still a boy!" Clint also teased, man did Peter despise their childish ways.

"No, I'm a young man hence the name Spider-Man Katniss!" Clint started muttering profanities under his breath. "Uncle Clint, do you kiss your mother with that mouth? You're forgetting I have enhanced hearing!" Peter heard everyone burst into a fit of laughter as he put on his suit. "Bye mom, Bye Dad!"

"Bye Peter, be safe!" With that Peter left to go help the citizens of New York and got home a couple of hours later and got into his pjs and then went to bed.
