27- The epicly evil plot of the Rōçkēt's
... I don't know how to start this one ...
Striding through the epicly long hallways of the HQ, John had fun gaining experience beating up any goon they happened apon, making sure to heal them every once and a while. They finally made it to the boss's room, recognizing it by the shouts of anger from inside.
"what were you thinking!? I told you NOT to use my Pokemon in that battle," exclaimed someone inside angrily.
'Zzzing'-
"AUGH!"
They had enough. John burst inside, followed closely by Chris.
And found the room empty, the boss having evidently left for the next room.
So, what do you think they did? Of course, they entered the next room. And found themselves in a spot of trouble.
Right here, about a second ago, I had just typed a MAJOR PLOT TWIST. But I decided it was much to soon for this plot twist, so I did something else.
Finally, they entered to find... A HUGE hole in the ceiling, and a helicopter starting up. But of course, bosses always battle you, don't they? And didn't I say they were in a spot of trouble? Well I lied. Kind of. Of course, he made some goons battle, but he took off into the sky, yelling: "I'll get you next time, but you're just a couple of bugs on the windshield of life, and I can activate the windshield wiper anytime! Mwhahahaha!"
Well, now they were in a spot of trouble, what with ten elite goons facing them. Hooray. And of course, it's also time for a commercial break. Hooray.

John and Chris liked the idea of... Running!

Oh no. They tripped. Luckily they tripped over a wire that would 'Destroy their base' in ten seconds. All the rockets in the building fled, never to return.
"Wow," groaned Chris, sitting up, "we're pretty lucky that wire just happened to be there, and I just happened to trip on it. I mean, what are the chances?"
John pulls out a calculator. "roughly, given how paranoid they are, 0.175 in 1,000,002.5. I'm jar pretty glad stuff like that always seems to happen to us. Oh wait a minute, actually don't wait a minute, because this buildings gonna explode!!!"
"oh no!" exclaimed Chris, having tripped over another wire. "Hey! Looks like this one reverses the effects."
After a very long period of bringing Pokemon back to their owners, John and Chris nicked 'a few' special items, and finally left. Actually, they finished off the tournament.
But that, my friends, is another chapter.

And yes, I have just realized that the sequel will not be out till the cliffhanger is published.
