-outside of the pkmn league-
Zzzt! A bolt of lightning flashes in the distance. Five young trainers enter the building.
-2 hrs later-
Five older trainers exit the building-
"where in the world is that moron???" yells John, silently. ... "I can't believe this... He's taking sooo long..."
Thud thud thud thud... A young teen sprints toward the clock tower in the distance, where his friend is waiting. The people behind him are gaining, their sinister pokemon running alongside them.
'this would be sooo much easier with my bike, but they're too close to get it out' Chris mutters to himself.
'or maybe I should just beat them up with my pokemon--- nah, that would make too much sense.'
-About a 1/2 hour later-
John looks up from the paper he is reading, to see Chris walking in. "finally! What took you so long?"
"well, I kinda got chased by a buncha team rockets."
"how'd ya get away?"
"Uhhh... I flew away on my starraptor."
"k lets go."
