Enjoy!

"Edie, hey- Can I talk to you for a second?"

"Of course. What is it?" Edelgard turned around to look at her sister. She raised a brow in slightly confusion. It wasn't often (Y/N) asked her if she could ask a question, instead of just asking her the question directly. It sounded serious.

"Well, I was thinking about bringing my girlfriend here. Is that okay?" She said with a slight blush, as she fidgeted.

Edelgard's eyes grew wide, "Finally! I thought I'd never get to meet her! You always talk about her, but you never actually invited her. I'm glad you're finally doing it- Do mom and dad know?"

"Huh, yeah- I just needed to ask you," she said, "So it's okay? She can come?"

"Of course. I don't mind at all. What is she like, physically, I mean? You've never really told me anything about that-"

"Hum, you'll see. It might be a little... You won't judge her, right?" (Y/N) muttered awkwardly, her blush darkening.

The older sister raised a brow, "Why would I... Of course I won't judge! Who do you think I am? Well, anyways, I guess I'll have to wait and see. Maybe I could order us some pizza when she comes."

"Yeah, that'd be great. Is tomorrow good?"

"Of course," Edelgard softly smiled, "I cannot wait."

Ding dong

"I'll get it! It must be her," Edelgard said, getting up from the sofa. She swiftly looked back at (Y/N), "Take my phone and order us two pizzas."

As Edelgard opened the door, her face became almost as pale as her hair.

"Hum... May I help you?" For a good second, Edelgard was so troubled by what she saw that she became a little nervous, which was very unlike her.

"Hello! You must be (Y/N)'s sister! It's so great to meet you! I'm her girlfriend, (G/N)!"

She held out her hand with a big smile, but it took a while for Edelgard to greet her.

"... (G/N)?"

"She... did tell you about me, right?" (G/N) asked with an awkward smile.

"I-I'm sorry!" Edelgard fervently blushed, "Of course she did. She told me so much about you! I just... Come in."

And as Edelgard led (G/N) in the living room, she couldn't help but still be in shock by her sister's girlfriend's appearance- She did not expect the girlfriend in question to be so... so punk?

(G/N) was dressed all in black, in ripped black clothes, with black platform boots. She wore safety pines and silver spikes on her arms, her neck, on her ears- almost everywhere. She had the whole Mohawk haircut going on, something Edelgard had only seen in movies- truly enough to trouble the girl, who began to wonder how her sister even became acquainted with someone like this!

"(Y/N) told me so much about you!"

"... Good things, I hope," Edelgard muttered bashfully.

"Only good things! Honestly, I'm even jealous. I wish I had a sister like you," the girl laughed and Edelgard felt insanely guilty, because in that moment, she couldn't help but be slightly frightened of the girl and even worried for her own sister. How could she date someone like this?

"(G/N)! Hey!" (Y/N) happily exclaimed, rushing to her girlfriend.

"(Y/N), hey to you too."

They hugged and as (G/N) pressed a light peck on (Y/N)'s cheek, Edelgard became even more nervous than before- So they really were dating.

(Y/N) then turned to her sister, "I ordered the pizza. It'll be here in half-an-hour."

"Pizza! Great, because I'm starving," said her girlfriend with a laugh.

"Please sit down," said Edelgard to the two girls, and as she did, she gave her sister a bothered look as to say- 'We need to talk'.

"(Y/N), a word," as soon as (Y/N) came to the kitchen to help her sister out, she held her back and closed the door.

"Who is that?"

"(G/N)? You mean my girlfriend? She's my girlfriend!"

"That's your girlfriend? From school?" Edelgard asked, pressing the matter further.

(Y/N) groaned, "I knew you would react like this, Edie! I told you not to judge!"

"How can I not? Look at her! She looks as if she... she... dealt with- You know what I mean!" She blurted out. Never had (Y/N) seen her sister act so irrationally.

"Are you kidding me!" (Y/N) scoffed, "I can't believe this! You really believe what you see on TV? If someone's a punk, it doesn't mean that they're an outlaw! (G/N) has never even taken a sip of alcohol! And to be honest, out of everyone at school, she's the most responsible! You really think that I go out with just about anyone, Huh?"

"No, no... I mean- (Y/N), reconsider this relationship, I beg of you. I have a bad feeling about her..."

"I know what I'm doing, Edie, and I especially know who I'm dating. I've known her for years now, and I know what she's like. She's awesome, so please, just give her a chance, alright? I promise you that you'll love her!" She pleaded, and with a sigh, Edelgard gritted her teeth. She muttered a 'Fine' and let herself be led back into the dining room.

~~~~~~~~~~~•~~~~~~~~~~~
"It took you guys a while- Is everything okay?" (G/N) asked. In front of her were the pizzas, "Oh, yeah. The pizza came so I got them and payed."
"You shouldn't have done that," Edelgard retorted, slightly frowning.
"Oh, it's okay! You guys were probably cleaning the kitchen... I know it can take a while."
"Well, let's get eating!" (Y/N) said, sitting down. She dragged her sister by the arm and sat her down.
"I'll have to repay you," said Edelgard.
(G/N) chuckled, "You really don't! It's totally fine. It's the least I can do."
"Well... Thank you."
The three girls began to eat, and through the entire course of the meal, Edelgard couldn't keep her eyes of her sister's girlfriend. She really had never seen someone like her before, and she had her suspicions. It wasn't wrong, unlike what (Y/N) made it out to be, for someone take care of their younger sibling.
The older sister took it upon herself to ask questions, to which (G/N) answered naturally.
She asked her about school and her grades, about her favorite pastimes, about her family, about her sense of fashion. To all those questions, (G/N) gave normal answers, that any girl her age would give, and the more Edelgard asked, the more she became at ease with the idea of this girl dating her sister.
(Y/N) mouthed a 'See' at her sister, to which Edelgard rolled her eyes. Fine, perhaps she was right, after all.
That statement became certain by the end of dinner.
Edelgard had slowly become more acquainted with (G/N) and had grown to like her more and more.
As she accompanied her to the door, she even invited her to come back soon, to which (G/N) delightfully agreed. She said that she had been an excellent host and that she could tell that she was a good sister to (Y/N), which pleased her immensely.
So, remember kids, never judge a book by its cover!
Added the fun moral at the end because why not! It never happens so yeah, remember that you guys! Never judge a book by its cover! Of course, if it's an actual book, and if you've got the option of owning the same book with a prettier cover, DO IT!!!
