NCV: Give all your worries to him, because he cares about you.
NIV: Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.
Meaning: Instead of worrying about tomorrow or what may happen next...give all your worries and cares to God. Don't work yourself up over things you can not control. For God only knows what will happen, he knows everything. So dont be afraid, God will have something good planned for you no matter what happens. This verse is pretty self explanatory but I wanted to bring it up because it helped me stay calm over these couple days. There was an old friend-ish girl of Taylor and I's that was going through a really tough time...so we posted a few bible verses on her social media page and told her to seek God. After a while we found out that a bunch of people were maybe going to get in a lot of trouble because they were posting rude things about her on her page and we got worried that we might as well. We had to tell ourselves that even if we did, we were spreading the word of God around and if we do get in trouble then oh well. All we did was preach the bible and stand up for God. There is nothing wrong about that. So this verse put me to peace and reminded me to cast my worries upon God. Theres no point in worrying over it if you cant control it. Talk to God. And tell him your problems. He will help you! ♡
