Today's verse: Psalm 46:1-3

NIV: God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging.

NCV: God is our protection and our strength. He always helps in times of trouble. So we will not be afraid even if the earth shakes, or the mountains fall into the sea, even if the oceans roar and foam, or the mountains shake at the raging sea.

Meaning: God will protect us, he is our shield, he is our refuge. He has a plan for each one of us. He leaves us to face trials but nothing we can't handle. He has given us a life we are strong enough to live. This verse tells us that we shall not fear, he will protect us! It says that even if the earth shakes, the mountains fall and our world comes crumbling down around us he will protect us. If you put that huge promise about him protecting us from that in perspective of our everyday problems it's incredible! Day to day we face situations and trails that might be hard or scary. But if he says he'll protect us from that, protecting us from our small problems is nothing!

Take action: Just everyone stop, right now stop reading to take in what an incredible promise he's made to us in this verse! He has promised to protect us! So, next time you feel defeated, scared or unsure, remember this verse! Use this verse for your phone wallpaper, write in on a chalk/white board, write it on a sticky note and put it on your mirror, the possibilities are endless! It's a great verse to always be reminded of and a great one to be used in prayer! Always remember guys, prayer is your best weapon against the Devil and your greatest power in any situation you face. Pray even when nothing major is going on, be thankful for the little things!

Hey guys! I've just realized how many verses from psalms I've been posting... I hope you don't mind!
It's just probably one of my favorite books in the bible! Anyways, I haven't really been doing much this week, just relaxing ( which if you ask me is super nice!) But, I've been thinking about this post I saw on Instagram. It said "friends who pray together stay together." I actually find this so true. I'm not really one to go and pray in front of a bunch of people. I honestly think when I'm comfortable enough to be able to pray with/ in front of my friends we will be sticking together for a while! Katie and Megan are a prime example! I hope to stick with them for a longgg time :) Anyways, I'd love to here what you guys think about this little saying! Let me know in the comments below! Have a great night everyone! God bless <3
