When You Break Up

Leo

While on patrol, Leo ran into Karai. Beebop and Rocksteady were after her again. Once they defeated the pair, Karai left again. This frustrated Leo because he just wanted to help her, but she refuses to accept their offers.

"Leo, everything will be okay. Karai will come around soon,"you put your hand on his shoulder.

He shrugged your hand off,"No things won't be okay! If she keeps running away she might end up permanently a snake mutant."

"Maybe she's just scared. Give her time she'll-"

"Where did I go wrong, (y/n)?" He cut you off.

"What do you mean?" You gave him a confused look.

He stood up slowly and looked into your eyes, anger clear in his eyes. "How did I possibly end up with a selfish person like you? I know you hate her but-"

"I am not selfish! I'm trying to help you. Don't you understand that?" You stepped back.

"Help me? All you're doing is being a complete idiot! She won't come back because of you. You did this!"he pushed you against the wall.

"Well since everything is my fault, I'll just stay away then!" You got up and pushed him back.

"Good I hate you!"

You turned around.

You quickly wiped away a tear that fell down your cheek. You grabbed your bag and turned to leave the lair.

"(Y/n) wait..." Leo grabbed your arm.

"No! I'm done with you Leonardo!"you pulled away from him and stormed out.

Raph

The guys returned from patrol bruised. Raph walked past you without a single acknowledgement. You followed him into the dojo to find him murdering a punching bag.

"Raphie are you okay?"

"How many times do I have to tell you not to call me that?" He growled.

"I know you're upset, but take a second to calm down and-"

He slammed his hand against the wall,"Calm down? Calm down? Is that really all you can say? Get out of my sight, idiot!" He knocked you backwards.

"Raphael, stop! I don't understand what's wrong with you right now!" You pushed him back.

"You want to know what's wrong with me? You! You're holding me back and slowing me down! Trying to make me soft! What kind of girlfriend are you?"

"As of now, I'm the kind of girlfriend that's breaking up with you!" You start to walk away.

"Good, just go. You bit-"

You slapped him before he could finish his sentence and left the lair.

Donnie

Donnie was in the lab for three days straight. He was working on finding another retromutagen for Master Splinter and a way to defrost Timothy.

Being deprived of sleep and still having to train, go on patrol and missions, and spending countless hours of experimenting took a toll on him.

"Donnie maybe you should take a break, rest a little," you said.

"A break? Do you really think I have any time to waste? Timothy needs my help," he said while continuing his project.

"I understand but-"

"No you don't understand. You never did and you never will. You only care about yourself and your needs. The only one that understands is April," he groaned.

You sat in shock for a few seconds,"What exactly is that supposed to mean?"

"I should've chose April. She's smarter, prettier, understanding-"

"Stop! Just stop!" You stood up,"All I've ever done was care about you, help you, I was always there for you when your little April wasn't. And yet you say that she's better for you than I am?"

"For once you can finally comprehend something," he rolled his eyes.

"How about you comprehend this: We're over! I never want to see you again Donatello."

His facial expression remained annoyed for a few seconds before he realized what just happened and what he just said. By then, you were already gone.

Mikey

You walked into the lair to see Mikey lying on the floor. He groaned and held an ice pack to his face.

"Mikey what happened?" You rushed to his side.

"Wouldn't you like to know,"he said sarcastically,"Raph had another tantrum."

"Again? I thought he got better about controlling his anger?"

"Is it Raph you care about or is it me?"

"You of course. What makes you say that?"

"Doesn't sound like it. You're asking obvious questions as if I know the answers. I'm sitting here in pain and you're making me think."

He runs into your shoulder and walks past you. "Mikey what are you talking about?"

"I-I don't know. Just get away from me! I don't want to see your face with my one good eye." He storms off.

"Fine! I'll leave and stay away."

Casey

The hockey team lost their game only an hour ago. Casey was upset and blamed himself for the loss.

"Casey you can't win them all. Don't be so hard on yourself," you try to comfort him.

"We were undefeated (y/n). Do you understand that? I missed the goal to tie the game for overtime," he put his head in his hands.

"Case seriously things will be okay."

"You know what just go. You can't help me obviously," he groaned.

"I'm trying to help you. If you would just-"

"I wish I would've never rejected April for you. I passed up my true princess for you."

"Well if that's how you feel than why don't you go ask her out?" You roll your eyes, trying not to show how hurt you are.

"Because I'm stuck with you!"

You opened the door and motioned for him to leave,"Not anymore. You're a free man Jones. Get out of my sight."

"Fine. I will. Bye," he walked out and you slammed the door behind him.
