Bulma was (Y/N) (L/N) childhood friend. Two of them raised together, and (Y/N) had always crush on her. He knew that she was only one woman that will ever have place in his heart. Sadly, the young girl saw him only as her friend...
(Y/N) was handsome, and attractive even to Bulma, and while she would date him... He was her close friend, and she never thought about him in love manner. Young man understood this, but tried to wait for her to see his little actions, and shows of affection towards her.
Nothing worked. Bulma was dating Yamcha, and even told (Y/N) about her dreams of marring him. (Y/N) doesn't say anything to his, and only smiled to her happiness. He doesn't want to destroy her love, even if it cost his own.
(Y/N) decided that if Bulma don't want him, then he will live alone in the background. He thought that it is not that bad, but inside he was heartbroken. Bulma sometimes asked him if something is troubling him, but he always calmed her saying that it is nothing important.
He felt happy when Bulma broke up with Yamcha, and believed that it is chance for him. (Y/N) tried to clearly ask her out, but it always ended like friends hang out than date. Slowly he started thinking that his crush will never see his feelings for her...
Then Vegeta come to the picture... Bulma almost instantly started hitting on him, and (Y/N) thought that nothing will make his and her relationship true. Time only makes (Y/N) more sure about it. To calm his emotions he decided to lightly step out from her life, and train alone.
(Y/N) wasn't too powerful, but was stronger than normal human population. He thought that training is good, and for sure young man mind was less filled with Bulma. On other hand young woman noticed her best friend absence, and called for him sometimes.
He come to her sometimes, but it too started being rare occasion. (Y/N) always come back from that visit heartbroken, and with his feelings again hurting him like in the past. Pain was even bigger when Bulma and Vegeta got married, and had their first child - Trunks.
(Y/N) doesn't show on the weeding not caring about it. He accepted it, and wanted to be aside from Bulma family. She doesn't notice it of course being fully focused on this day. Still, after weeks of (Y/N) absence in her life, she started thinking what, and here he is.

Time pass with Bulma having another child with Vegeta, and living rather normal, but not to happy life with him. Her true happiness in that relationship was her children while Vegeta never truly warmed to her or Trunks, Bulla. He only cared about training, and his own strength.
Bulma slowly repaired her friendship with (Y/N), and young man again visited her once for each month. She saw that every time he was troubled, and not happy, but doesn't understand why that is. Maybe is it because he never found any girl?Hmmm... I have some friends...
One day (Y/N) visited Bulma only to see Vegeta leave his wife, and children wanting to go for long time alone training. He passed him in doorway while Bulma with tears was on the floor hugging her crying children.
Something inside (Y/N) snap. This cold bastard will not leave his family like this! He will not hurt her! He turned around, and doesn't care about Bulma trying to stop him with some shouted words. (Y/N) found Vegeta, and instantly attacked him.
Surprise attack was his only advantage, but he doesn't care. His rage and love for Bulma busted his power. He fought really hard with Vegeta, but in the end he lost to him, and got badly beaten.
Now Vegeta stood in front of bloody (Y/N) holding his neck with his hand. Vegeta prepared his final blow, but in that moment Bulma got between them stopping her husband from probably killing (Y/N).
Vegeta just turned around, and walked out from this scene not caring about weakling that attacked him. Bulma looked for some seconds at her husband, and decided about something that will change her life...
The woman then placed (Y/N) head on her lap, and slowly uncovered his (E/C) eyes covered by (H/C) hair. He smiled weakly at her. Well... It's good to see her, before dying...
Bulma: You... Why you did this?!
(Y/N): Why? You care?
Bulma: I care for you! He almost killed you!
He slowly raised his hand, and touched her cheek, and then beautiful hair. She still was very attractive for him. Hmm... I think it is right time to say this. I will probably not survive this anyway. I feel how much blood left my body...
(Y/N): I had crush on you. I love you Bulma for long time, and never thought about any other girl with romantic feelings. My heart only had space for you...
His eyes slowly closed, but on his face was his true happy smile. Bulma for long time doesn't saw him this happy. From woman cheeks slowly started falling to the ground tears. He... My best friend loved me... I saw that sometimes he tried to signal for me something, but always I thought that it is only friendship feelings...
Bulma was a wreck at that moment not knowing what to do. She looked up at sky with silent questions, and pleads for help.

Bulma (L/N) stood outside her house with Bulla, and both women looked at three people training on the grass. There were Trunks, (Y/N) and her son - (S/N). After Vegeta disappearance, and (Y/N) confession woman decided to change her life wanting to be truly loved by man.
She was very happy seeing that her two children accepted (Y/N) in their lives. Bulma got then married again, but with (Y/N). Both of them lived very happily, and both loved each other with pure affection.
Then to the world comes their son... Bulma was so happy to have another child, and even more seeing how (Y/N) acted as perfect father. He even cared about Trunks, and Bulla. It was the perfect ending for Bulma. She had lovely family with finally man that returned her feelings.
Bulma was only sad, because she had him always next to her. She could have this happiness before, but in the end woman thought that still it is great. Bulla slowly started walking to her family holding her mother hand. Bulma giggled lightly, and two women approached mans in their lives.
Woman captured her surprised husband lips in passionate kiss, and two of them shared their lovely moment while their children looked around trying to focus on something else gives their parents space.
