Kakashi and Naruto stayed on the cliff for a while. They sat down and Naruto had laid his head on Kakashi's lap. Kakashi was relaxed petting. Naruto's ears. After a few hours Naruto suggested they get home and rest up for tomorrow.
"Your right. Come on i'll walk you home." Kakashi smiled at Naruto.
"N-no! You don't have to!" Naruto almost shouted out.
"It's fine, really. Besides it's night and people are drunk and tend to go crazy out on the streets." Kakashi smiled and walked with Naruto towards the staircase.
"Heheh, yeah." Naruto's ears flattened.
He hopped on Kakashi's back and Kakashi started walking down the staircase. Naruto looked out at Konoha with his bright blue eyes and they seemed to sparkle a bit. Naruto was happy to have a friend, his first friend. He rested his heaf on Kakashi's back and stared out at the village as it slowly became closer and closer until they were off the staircase and onto the ground. Naruto hopped onto the dirt and they started to walk down the streets of the village.
Glares were sent to the boy from every direction. Kakashi looked forwards and held his hand on Naruto's shoulder. Adults were glaring more then kids were. Drunk people cussed and shouted at him, causing the poor boy to look down in depression. Kakashi then saw an adult run up to them with a bat. She tried to hit Naruto but Kakashi caught the bat and tore it from the woman's grip with ease. Kakashi them broke it over his knee and eyed her.
"Trying to beat a 12 year old child. I could have you arrested." Kakashi hissed.
"That's not a child it's demon!" The woman growled back.
Naruto felt a rush of anger and haterid flow through his veins and didn't like it, but it was urging him to lunge. He looked down and noticed he had claws, he looked in a nearby mirror to see his eyes were as red as blood. His eyes widened in fear. A person threw a do k at him and knocked over Naruto and he fell. Kakashi threw a Kenai at the person and snagged there shirt pinning them to a wooden plank. Naruto growled unable to control his anger.
"If you want me to be a demon I will! Try me!" Naruto snarled at them, getting up on all fours, his tail thrashing behind him.
Kakashi looked at Naruto in surprise and fear for everyone's, and Naruto's saftey. Kakashi decided to threaten them and make them now furious villagers back off. He held his hand down and lightning flowed from his hand.
"Everyone stand down! I don't want to hurt anyone but I will if I have to!" Kakashi said in a serious voice, catching Naruto's attention.
Naruto stood straight and his eyes looked normal again and everyone grew Aggravated and went back to their day. Naruto looked down and walked forward. Kakashi caught up with him.
"You okay? Dont worry they can't hurt you." Kakashi said," is your head okay?"
"Yeah, its fine, I'm a quick healer." Naruto smiled but it quickly faded. I'm sorry for flipping out, I just got so mad..." Naruto looked away.
"Your fine. It's normal to get mad in those situations. It's completely understandable." Kakashi smiled.
Naruto smiled slightly, not feeling as bad. They soon arrived at Narutos doorstep.
"Thanks for walking me home." Naruto smiled.
"Your very welcome. Get a good night's rest." Kakashi smiled.
Naruto nodded and walked inside only to bump into Kushina. She looked at Kakashi.
"Thanks for walking Naruto home Kakashi." Kushina smiled and hugged Naruto.
"Yeah, it's no big deal." Kakashi smiled.
Naruto his his face in his mom's side, waiting for Kakashi to keave, waiting to be beaten.
"Bye Kakashi." Kushina waved him goodbye.
He waved and walks away Kushina shut the door and went from happy to furious.
"Naruto Uzumaki! You came home late!" Kushina growled.
"I-i'm sorry mom! Kakashi Sensei spent some time with me." Naruto hung his head.
She grabbed him by the wrist and walked them into the dining room and dinner was ready fixed. Naruto sat down and ate a little bit but he wasn't that hungry. Kushina finished and threw Naruto up to his room and balled her fist and punched him in the gut, making him lose his breath and fall over, trying to breathe in air. She repeatedly kicked him in the gut, shouting awful things to him like demon and pest.
*Naruto's POV*
I took the beating whimpering in pain and yelling as well.
Mom pinned me down and grabbed a kunai and cut whisker marks in my face, three in each cheek, symmetrical to the other. It hurt badly and it would scar. Blood dropped from my face, mouth and stomach. It hurt so bad. She left me there, not telling me to do anything. I slowly sat up and winced. I took off old bandaged and put new ones on, most if my wounds from last time were already healed except for a few. I wiped the blood and cleaned the gashes in my cheeks and wiped away tears but they only kept coming.
I sighed and looked at my stomach, it was bloody, cut a and ripped skin and black from the bruises. It's so painful, I don't know how take it go away. I bandaged my stomach and walked to my bed and laid there. Mom had crushed on of my ears, I can't hear out of it now. It was throbbing in pain and it was useless...so I have to do something. It was dead flesh now, so I probably have to remove my ear...I stood again and walked to my bathroom and grabbed scissors and bandages and cloth. I grabbed a piece I loose wood and placed it in my mouth. I picked the scissors up and opened them and moved it to to floppy, useless ear and cried more. I bit down and my breath quickened from fear, knowing this would hurt. I then yelled and sliced it off and screamed but muffled my mouth. I had blood gushing down my face and had to close my eyes because if how much blood there was. I felt dizzy and quickly grabbed cloth and put pressure on my head and winced. I wiped blood off of my eyes and it stained my sleeve. I grabbed a seeing kit and set it down on the counter. But before I could open it, my wound stopped bleeding. I was surprised and removed the cloth and looked at myself, covered in blood. I heard a deep chuckle and my head was no longer in pain, in fact, it started to grow back. My ear was soon there in 30 minutes and I was surprised.
"...why are you helping me...?" I mumbled and held my hand over my abdomen, where my seal was.
Before I knew it I was in a huge room with a giant cage. I looked at it and the cage had a paper that read the word seal on it. I tensed, he must have brought me here...
"H-hello?" I asked nervous.
"Naruto...I have seen everything you have, and I think it is time for you to stand up for yourself." Two giant glowing eyes opened from inside the cage.
I backed up and looked up at them, scared.
"W-what do y-you m-mean?" I stuttered.
"The villagers hate you. Kushina beats you. Your classmates think you are a freak of nature...it's time you show them you are in charge. It's time you make them dread to oppose you...it's time to show the village who is in control...who is better...who will destroy them..." it spoke to me.
"W-wait what!? W-why would i-"
"I understand your hesitation. But until you make up your mind. I will lend you power. The power to grow stronger when your rage is strong and your haterid becomes fuel to your strength and Determination. My power... and when you are ready to stand up for yourself...rip the seal off..." he spoke and closed his eyes.
I was back in the bathroom and was nervous and scared. I felt my chakra double and I was scared of it. I didn't want any dark powers. I don't want his power. If it kicks in when I'm mad, I should try to stay positive and not let anger get the best of me.
I walked out of the bathroom and walked to my window only to see Kakashi, staring at me, with a shocked look on his face. I watched at he climbed into my room through the window and look at me. My ears flattened and I backed away from him.
"K-kushina...beats you..." he mumbled
"..." i only looked down.
Kakashi then pulled me into a hug and sighed.
"She is in deep trouble." Kakashi growls.
"Please! Dont hurt mom!" I whisper yelled.
"Why?" Kakashi also whisper yelled.
"I know what she does is wrong, but she is still messed up from when dad died. She only beats me because one...She gets drunk and two, I'm part of a demon..." i said.
Kakashi looked at me with a sad look." Naruto she beats you...that's child abuse." Kakashi frowned.
"I know...but please...don't get her in trouble. Or take her away, it will only hurt her more. She has Been through a lot already. Please...for me?" I begged him, now on my knees.
Kakashi stared at me and sighed. He knelt down and looked at me.
"...I can't just let this happen." Kakashi looked at me.
"I cant just let you take her...she's my mom. She cares about me...She really does. Spend a day with us...a day and night. You'll see that she cares." I said, hoping that he won't take my mom away.
"...fine...butbim keeping an eye in this house." Kakashi said.
Naruto smiled." Thanks."
