I'm just really glad to see that "Candy Gram" is getting some recognition - I'm super jazzed it placed!

1 what's the best way to handle a bully? 

I  handle bullies wih the idea that only the extremely unhappy swing that low, and it's not my problem to care.

2 what inspired you to write?

Reading a lot when I was younger and wishing I could be like the authors I looked up to definitely were my biggest driving forces.

 3 what's your favorite snack?

My favourite snack? Guacamole and toasted naan bread, probably. (When I care, ha.)

 4 what's your favorite thing about Wattpad?

The community, for sure - everyone is just the epitome of supportive. It's insane, really, how loving Wattpad has been. They're the best.

 5 if you could hang out with your favorite celeb for a day, who would you choose and what would you do?

Probably the Russo brothers - I love acting, and being Squirrel Girl would honestly be a dream come true (as cheesy as that sounds).

 6 what's your schedule regarding your writing? 

Sporadic!!! I have some ADD, so getting into the groove and staying there is hard for me. I try to write whenever I can, but definitely not as much as I should.

7 what's your dream vacation? 

Probably going back home to Scotland - I never really get to visit my family due to air fares - and going on a tour of the Highlands with my dad, just like we did when I was born.

8 what's one Wattpad goal?

To reach 10 million! It might seem unrealistic, but I think everyone on Wattpad has the ability to accomplish anything if they strive hard enough.

 9 what's a song you enjoy? Who is the artist? 

I'm obsessing over "Cleopatra" from the Lumineers at the moment for absolutely no reason whatsoever.

10 what's a good piece of advice for a newcomer? 

Enter contests!!!! Seriously, they're the best way to get your name out there. Also, don't be afraid to make friends. You need people who support you!

11 Are you still surprised when you get a new vote, follow or comment?

ALWAYS. People will tell me that I wrote something that resonated with them, or that I made them cry - it's honestly so beyond my comprehension as to how that happened, ha. I will never stop being surprised when someone checks out my works.

My novella, "Candy Gram", is incredibly close to my heart. If you think that you would find an anxious, gay thespian in high school who struggles to accept himself as he searches for his secret admirer relatable, you might just enjoy it. It was an ONC Longlister, an ONC 2019 Ambassador's Pick, and has been featured multiple times. And, it is also occasionally funny - as all rom-coms should be, I suppose. ;D
