Here is a short one-shot!

I put the last box on the table, quickly opening it too. I pulled out my recent book and piled them on the table. Tyler: my best friend/body guard also helping.

"I can't believe we're doing this again." He smiled.

"This is the second time Tyler, chill out." I laughed.

Once we put a good stack on the table I sat at the chair. The book store clerk went to go open the doors for the book lovers.

"You ready?" Tyler asks.

"Eh." I mumbled.

"Now remember, these people are potential stalkers. Most want a autograph and a handshake. But others want a handshake, a autograph, and ask to take you home. Just so they can tie you up and saw off your feet."

"You play to many video games bud."

He scoffed at me before a pile of fans came running towards the table.

"Can I get a autograph!" A woman in her 60's asks.

"Yes you may! What's your name?" I ask.

"Suzanne!"

I wrote her a short message, and signed my name.

This is going to be a long six hours.

-TIME SKIP-

Four hours in.

A mother and daughter walk up to the table.

"Can I get a autograph?!" The daughter asks.

"Yup! Name?" I smile.

"Ruby!"

I sign it with a note.

"I love your story so much! I can relate to it so much!? The mom says before walking off.

I grabbed a new sharpie from Tyler's hand.

"What's your story about?" Tyler asks me quietly.

But someone heard it because there was a gasp.

"You never read the book!? It's about a girl who loves her best friend! But they are to blind to notice!" A teen says.

"Sorry, don't read books lady!" Tyler admitted.

"Your missing out, all because this story felt so real. Tyler, the best friend was a jerk in the story."

I quickly signed her name and sent her on her way. Tyler does not need to know anything.

"Am I a character in the story?" Tyler asks.

I pretend to not hear him as I sign more books.

"(Y/n)?" Tyler sternly asks.

"Tyler, read to book." I said giving him a slide glance.

"But I don't read. All I want to do is know why Tyler is a character in the story."

I grabbed a copy off my book, signed the inside cover and gave it to Tyler.

"I understand if you don't come back." I said as I turned to my fans.

Tyler got up from his chair, still with the book and left.

He also never returned.
