Franks POV- 7 years old

Dear Gerard.
    I think you're the bestest friend in the while wide world and it's an honor to call you my best friend. People make fun of me for hanging out with you but I don't care. You're just so awesome c: and you have better hair than anyone okay? Don't let Mikey tell you otherwise. Not even princess Frofro can beat you OKAY!? Anyways, once again, no one asked me to be their Valentine tomorrow so I thought maybe we could be valentines again and the five of us all go to that park with the rides tomorrow. My mommy said she'll pay c: Anyways, give me a note back with your answer!

    I put the note in an envelope I made myself and put a piece of tape on the folded paper. I was gonna give it to Gerard before him and Mikey went to piano lessons like they did every Friday. They just started a few weeks ago. I get lonely.without them.

    Hopefully Gerard doesn't have a date because then he'd have to say no to me and I wouldn't like that.

    We rode the bus home together and as we were getting off I slipped it into Gerard's hand. He smiled and went inside his house to get ready. I hope he says yes.

    That night, Gerard came home too late for me to see him so I went to bed as usual. I read a book for forever until I heard their car pull in. I looked out my window and stared as a tired Gerard and Mikey retreated inside.

   There was something about Gerard that made me really happy. I don't know if it was his hair or his smile or his laugh but when he flipped his hair or flashed a smile or giggled I got.... butterflies in my tummy.

    The next morning I woke up tired and forgetful.

   I went upstairs into the living room from my basement room. My mom sat on the couch smiling.

    "You got a letter Frankie", she said smiling.

   I lit up instantly.

    "Really?" I jumped. "Is it Gee?"

   "I dunno, see for yourself", she laughed.

   I opened it and it said:

Dear Frankie,
   OF COURSE! My mommy just called your mommy to confirm and yeah my mommy is gonna pay for me and Mikey. Ill come to your house after breakfast Ily
Gee.

    There were those butterflies again. I shoveled my pancakes in my mouth and watched out the window awaiting Gerard and Mikey. I saw Rays car pull in and Ray and Bob came up to the door.

   I opened it before they could knock.

   They conversed about instruments and songs they liked but I was intent on the window.

    I squealed when their door opened to reveal Gerard and Mikey.

    I ran out to meet them and my mom got in the car to wait. We were all excitedly talked when she cleared her throat. We laughed and got into her mini van. Me and Gerard sat in the middle two seats together.

   He handed me a ring pop.

   "Only the finest jewels for my Valentine," he giggled.

    We did that every . I remembered the picture I drew him of a very abstract song with notes and lines and clefs.y

   He smiled.

    "Ring pops last a day, but pictures last forever," he hugged me over the gap.

   "Awwwwwweeee", everyone in the backseat cooed.

    When we arrived at the theme park, we all ran straight to the roller coasters. Most of us were finally tall enough. I kinda felt left out when everyone measure their height just for me to fall short quite a few inches.

   "Its okay honey, ill wait here with you", my mom comforted.

   "Mom, you wanted to go on it!" I whined.

   "You know, I'm kinda scared to go on that. Look how hugh up it is", Gerard said.

   "Wow, what a baby", Bob taunted.

   Mikey understood what he was doing and slapped Bob's arm with a warning glance towards him.

   "Mrs. Frank's Mommy, would you like to ride? Ill stay out here. No one will mess with us", Gerard puffed out his chest.

   We all laughed as Bob taunted Gerard.

   "Not when you're afraid of a roller coaster", Bob laughed.

   Mikey hit his arm again.

   "Come on Bob," he laughed. "Shut up".

   Bob laughed again as they got into the long line to wait.

   "Hey mom is it okay if me and Gerard get something to eat?" I yelled over the crowd and screams of passengers on the ride.

   She nodded her head and I jumped with joy. She finally treats me like the man I am.

   "Do you wanna get pizza and milkshakes?" I asked Gerard.

   "Absolutely, let's go", Gerard smiled.

   We raced to the food court and ordered one personal cheese pizza and a large shake.

   "Ill pay you back when I get home okay?" Gerard said when he noticed I was spending my own money.

   "No, it's my pleasure", I shook my head.

 

   We shared the pizza and shake until it was all gone.

   "Do you wanna go to the roller coaster to wait?" I asked Gerard.

   "How about we go back after riding a ride?" Gerard said excitedly.

    I smiled and nodded and we left to pick out a ride.

   We settled with a scary pop out ride that was dark and had a car with two seats.

    We ended up firmly glued together by the end from fear.

    "L-lets go wait for your mom now", Gerard said shocked.

   "Y-yeah", I stuttered.

   We got there just in time to watch them ride the ride. Bob was screamed the second it took off.

   By the time he got off, he was crying alongside an excited Ray and Mikey.

   "Bob, why are you crying?", Ray smiled. "That was awesome!"

   Bob laughed to cover up his tears.

  

   "HAH! Tricked ya", he wiped the last year from his face as we all laughed at him.

   That was the best valentines day I've ever had because that night we had a huge sleepover at a hotel that Gerard's mom and dad paid for as a thank you to my mom and get this. Gerard's dad stayed in a different room, and we got a room all to ourselves!

   It was so fun because we had a mini fridge full of sodas and ice cream and all we did was eat root beer floats, watch movies, and play around.

   The next morning we got to wear our pajamas to breakfast and we all made a bunch of waffles and built the best waffle tower before the staff told us to stop so we just ate the rest.

   Me and Gerard shared a bed that night. It may have been with Mikey but we fell asleep holding hands.

   GUISE I FINISHED MY OTHER FAN FIC AGES AGO AND I NEED TO FREAKING ADD IT. SINCE IM GROUNDED FOR THE NEXT WEEK I CAN JUST COPY IT TO WATT PAD AND UPLOAD IT WHEN ITS COMPLETLY ON HERE.
