"We're complete opposites Peter."

Peter sighed, glancing up at his seven year old brother. "Well, what makes you think that?" He said slowly.

Edmund stared at him. "One reason is how we look." He muttered. "You've got blonde hair, mines really, really dark..."

"You just got Mum's hair is all." Peter said with a shrug. "And her eyes too."

"And you got Dad's." Edmund said with a shrug. "It's not just looks though, persionality too."

Peter smirked. "Well you wouldn't want us to be exactly the same would you?" He teased gently.

Edmund shrugged again. "Not exactly, but a little more would be nice." He breathed.

Peter sighed. "You can't change yourself to be like someone else Ed." He said. "And you shouldn't."

Edmund nodded a little. "I know." He sighed.

"Look, we may not be a lot alike, but we're still brothers." Peter said gently. "And that's gotta count for something right?"

Edmund smiled a little at the way Peter laughed after saying this, before taking a deep breath. "I suppose it does."
