I've been called ambitious a lot lately

Is that a bad thing

Is it bad that I have goals for myself

Is it bad that I strive to reach beyond the stars

When others simply reach for the stars

I try to reach beyond

I wonder how much farther I can go before I fall

I love those people who are ambitious

It inspires me to do the same

I see their success

And I know that I can reach that as well

All I have to do is reach a little farther

Everything comes with balance

And I know that I'll find that balance

So I'll strive for the stars and beyond

I have goals

And I know that I can finish them
