How can I deal with the whirlwind in my head
Too many thoughts
Too many things to do
Too many haunting memories
With no way to expel them
Some I could tell people if I trusted them
But others are too personal to tell anyone
So they're stuck in my head
Waiting for a release
But I don't know how
