Pure happiness
You hadn't felt this way since you had become the ruler of your kingdom
Too many rules and regulations for you to care for
Too many hours slumped over your chair as you tried not to shoot angry curses and hexes at whatever citizen just happened to complain about their animals one too many times
When you had heard that the village was having a festival
You knew that you had to go
Lost to your guards you slipped out of the castle
As soon as you reached the square
Your worries of being queen melted away
You spun from person to person
There was nothing in the world that could dampen this joy
You felt like you were flying
It felt like someone had thrown you high into the sky and you were now waltzing on one of the many clouds
The music moved through your body
You swayed in a way that you never thought possible
But of course it was possible
Just like it was possible to forget all of your duties for a day
You could let yourself relax
And now you thought of a new proclamation
Whenever the village wanted it they could have a festival
Provided that you could attend each and every one
