"How are you guys not ready yet?!" Chase yelled from the living room and I rolled my eyes as I adjusted my leather thigh straps and straightened myself. I grabbed my phone as I pushed my hair out of my face and left my room.
"Woah, you look hot," Khloe commented as she left her room. "I might have to borrow that jacket from her," I said as I eyed it on Khloe.
We both headed down the stairs and the boys stop yelling. "Ahh it looks perfect on you guys!" Athena complimented and I smiled. "Of course it does," Khloe said as she pushed her hair back. I sat on the sofa and adjusted the thigh straps again as Chase sat next to me. "How can I help you?" I asked in a monotone voice.
"You look sexy," He complimented before turning on the tv. I smiled to myself before sitting back and watching it too. "Are we just waiting for Luna?" Athena asked and we turned as we heard her door shut. "Sorry, I didn't know how to tie the top and Athena said she'd help me," Luna whined as she tried to lift her jeans. "Okay, okay stop," Athena said as she approached her.
"Sweetie, they're low rise jeans. They are meant to rest that low on your hips," Athena assured her and Luna's eyes widened. "Why would anyone want jeans this low?" Luna asked increduously.
"Because they look good," I said as I rested my elbows on the back of the couch and watched Luna fuss about the jeans.
"Can someone tell her she looks great and that I did a good job?" Athena asked as she pointed to Luna, who was attempting to zip up her hoodie, but her stomach was still visible underneath it.
"Okay, this is crazy, I'm changing," Luna declared as she headed up the stairs but Carter stopped her. "You look fine, perfect actually," he complimented as he slowly moved his hands towards the zipper and she let him undo it.
"Stop trying to hide," He said as he moved her hands from around her waist. "You're just saying that," She muttered as she poked Carter and he shook his head. "Athena did a great job," He said as he gestured to her and she bowed. "Aww you guys should just get married," I teased as I watched them. Luna turned to me and gave the me finger.
"Okay, the party's already started," Khloe declared as she checked her phone. "You look great, stop worrying," Khloe added as she pointed to Luna and opened the front door. "Come on people," She called and we prepared ourselves to leave.

I tried raising the jeans above my hips one last time before giving up entirely. I don't even know why Athena would want to have this in her closet.
"Luna, please get in the car," Carter pleaded as I shook my head. "Can I please just fix these jeans, everyone will wait," I grumbled. "Everyone's gone," Carter stated and I looked up and realise that we are alone outside the house.
"Fine then. You'll wait," I grumbled as he walked around to my side of the car and rested his hands on his hips. "I just don't feel great right now, maybe we should stay home," I said softly.
He leans towards me and kissed me, but softer than last time. I placed both of my hands on the sides of his face, whilst his arms hooked around my waist and pulled me closer. I relaxed under his touch and everything about us just felt, right.
"You don't have to be alone. I'll always be here," He whispered as he pulled away and I kept my eyes closed as I relished this moment. I can't wait to have many more. "Does that make you feel any better?" He mumbled and I nodded.
"I'm sorry I keep letting you do this, whilst giving you mixed signals," I sighed and he smiled. "After this whole Natassia thing, I can give us a try," I said and his face broke out into a smile. "Are you sure?" He asked and I nodded.
"I promise," I added as I gave him a kiss on the cheek before opening the car door. He opened it wider, so I could get inside and shut it for me, before jogging to the other side and climbing in.

"Are you sure we can't drink?" I asked over the loud music. It's been over an hour, and I would be having so much more fun if I was drunk. "No, Athena said we shouldn't remember?" Carter said in my ear. The music was really loud and my eardrums were sore. My feet were gonna collapse from all the dancing, and I can't even drink.
Worst party ever.
"I'm gonna get a drink...of water," I said loudly and he nodded and we both parted ways as I tried to find the others. "Oh hey girl!" Khloe said as I walked to the drinks table and I raised my eyebrow. "Is gathering around the alcohol supposed to make you guys feel better for not being able to drink it?" I asked and Harley shrugged. "The guys are playing beer pong," Khloe said and my eyes widened. "They replaced the beer with coke, don't worry," She assured me and I sighed. "If they were drinking beer, I would've gotten a drink right now," I grumbled before looking around. "Wheres' Athena?" I asked.
"Oh, I saw her going upstairs with Jason," Khloe commended and I smriked. "Senior Jason?" I asked and Khloe nodded. "At least she's getting laid," Harley grumbled and Khloe and I gave her a look. "What?" She asked and I scoffed.
"You could totally be getting laid too. Chase??" Khloe said and I nodded but she shook her head. "Chase and I are never gonna happen," Harley declared and Khloe rolled her eyes. "Why not?" I asked.
"Cause I promised myself that I wouldn't," Harley answered and I smirked. "You're not gonna last with that promise," I commented and Ricky appeared as the song changed. "Dance with me," He asked Khloe and she nodded as they both disappeared.
Athena appeared and I eyes her dishevelled hair, that was in a neat ponytail two hours ago. "Jason huh?" I teased as she flattened her hair and she rolled her eyes. "Whatever, let's go dance," She called and Harley and I followed.
We found a space next to Khloe and Ricky and started dancing. I was dancing facing Harley and grinned as I saw Chase slowly approach her from behind.
He spun her around and they started dancing together as the senior Athena was with before pulled her off the dancefloor. "You shouldn't be dancing alone," Carter said in my ear and I turned around and smiled. "Well should I be dancing with you?" I questioned as he smirked. "Well, if you insist," He teased and I linked my hands together around his neck and we started dancing together.
I was actually having an okay time, I mean I wouldn't trade it for a night of getting high and sneaking into cinema screenings, but it's not terrible.
The lights suddenly went out, and I instantly held onto Carter. "I'm here," He assured me as I held onto him. There were screams and shouting. A hand grabbed onto me and I screamed. "Calm down, it's just me!" Ricky yelled and I took a deep breath. "Guys?!" Harley yelled and I felt a hand rub onto my face.
"Who's face am I touching?!" Chase asked loudly and I swatted his hand. "Mine you dipshit!" I yelled as he removed his hand. "What's happening?" Khloe asked as I took out my phone from the hoodie pocket. I turned on my flash and I saw the others around me.
"This might be Natassia," Harley suggested. "We need to get out of here. Where's Athena?" I asked and everyone shrugged. "You guys use your phones and head outside," I ordered as everyone else began taking out their phone and finding their way out of the party with the rest of the mass crowd.
"I'll go find Athena," I said and they all nodded as we separated. I searched the rest of the main rooms and couldn't find her. I collided into her as she left the kitchen with her flash on too. "Thank god, I couldn't find you guys," She said as I led her out of the house.
When we got outside, the sun had completely disappeared and the street was packed with mainly seniors, a few juniors and only a handful of sophomores, including us. We joined the others. "Okay, she isn't anywhere in the area," Chase said. "Well it had to have been her that cut out the power," Athena added.
They all started talking over each other.
"Where it all began," I mumbled and they all looked at me. "Where it all began," I repeated.
It hit me.
"We need to go back to the lab," I said and we all entered our designated cars and headed towards the house.
Athena locked the house door once we arrived and opened the bookshelf tunnel. We all headed down the stairs and into the lab. "Athena, pull up that video of the Skyfall collapse," I said as she quickly pulled it up.
We all sat down as the video played. "Okay stop it. Right there," I said as I pointed to the screen. There was a girl, she looked about 11 or 12 at the time. "Her, who's that?" I asked as I pointed to it. "Well I can't run a facial recognition scan but I can match her voice to a person," Thissa said.
"Do that," Athena said. We all waited silently as Thissa ran the search.
"Natassia Valentine. 100% match."
"I've watched this video, over and over, and I didn't realise that was her." Athena said to herself as she got up and walked closer to the projection.
"Well obviously we know she lost someone in the collapse," Khloe pointed out. "Does she know it was her fault the building collapsed in the first place?" I asked as I pointed to the projection and no one responded.
"The running news story was that person with a mask on linked to the collapse." Carter interjected. "What if it really wasn't Natassia?" Khloe asked.
"Who was the person in the mask?" Carter asked. "Does it even matter? We need to find Natassia now," Athena cut in. "Well what stands where the Skyfall once was?" I questioned.
"Skyfall penitentiary," Ricky confirmed.
"Where it all began," Harley repeated.
"One more question," Khloe said and we all turned to look at her. "What exactly happened within the Skyfall Tower?" She asked and everyone gave looks of uncertainty. "For this to work I need all the facts." She defended and I sighed.
"Skyfall was in the centre of the city. All the largest power grids ran through there,"
"Doesn't Natassia have electric powers?" Chase asked curiously and my eyes widened. I looked at Athena, who had the same expression as me. "Where it all began," I repeated as she looked at me as everything clicked into place.
"Shit!" Athena cursed as she ran out of the lab.
Everyone else got up as we ran after her. "Thissa, I need surveillance access to Wervieme Penitentiary," Athena shouted as we all followed her through the tunnel and towards the training station. Athena opened a hidden door and we all walked in.
"Okay this is definitely a superhero base," Chase commented as we walked in. There were seven stations for each person, as well as a main screen for Thissa.
"Welcome to Mission Control," An intercom sounded as we all looked around the room.
The footage of the penitentiary appeared on the large screen and it glitched for a moment and Natassia was walking through the cell corridor. "Okay, we don't have time, we have to stop her," Athena said quickly as we all headed to a station.
"Choose wisely, cause you can't change them," Athena added and Chase, Harley and Ricky ran to swap places before we all stepped on the clear space. I looked at my feet as the circle I was standing on glowed red. Everyone else's glowed their particular colour.
I gasped slightly as I saw the black jeans I was wearing transform into a full bodysuit, with the same design as the training uniform. "This is cool," Harley yelled as she hopped off her circle with the same uniform but in her colour. "I could get used to this!" Chase hollered as he stepped off his in a short sleeved top and loose joggers but in his colour.
"Okay, I know it's cool and stuff but we gotta go," Athena yelled as we gathered in the middle of the room. "Thissa, prepare the bikes," Athena shouted and the front side of the room lifted and revealed seven motorbikes.
I let out a high-pitched squeal as I ran towards the row of bikes.
Everyone watched me in confusion as I marvelled at the exterior of them. "I've always wanted one!" I squealed as I picked up a helmet. The bike glowed red as I touched it and I put on the helmet. "Okay, now I feel more positive about the fact that we may die tonight," Khloe mumbled as we all hopped on our motorcycles.
"Is everyone ready?" Athena said and I heard her voice in my helmet as I gripped the handles.
Two sliding doors opened to reveal a larger tunnel and I revved on my engine. "Since I'll obviously get there first, I'll see you guys there?" I teased. "Oh you are so on," Harley responded as I sped down the tunnel.
