Deku looked at his text first as Shoto, Kirishima, and Bakugo got their phones out. "Why does he want all of us to meet tomorrow? If it's that important, why aren't we getting together right now? We just left him."
"Who wants to meet?" Kaminari asked since he and Shinso didn't get a text.
"None of your business, dunce face," Bakugo said. "You're not on this team."
"Ignore him, Kaminari," Shinso said, going back to the xbox. "He's mad I gave y/n something she likes."
"Oh you want to talk about what I gave her?" Bakugo growled.
Shinso ignored him. "All that anger probably comes from being so sexually frustrated."
"But I'm not angry," Kaminari said thoughtfully.
"Trust me, you do not want to go down this road...." Bakugo started to say.
"Really?" Shinso asked calmly, turning to face Bakugo directly. "And why is that exactly?"
As much as Bakugo wanted to throw what happened last night back in his smug zombie face, he turned away without answering. He knew better.
Shinso checked his phone again, looking at the app that tracked the necklace. That's weird, he thought, it's not in the same place anymore. Where exactly was she going? And with who?
Meanwhile Bakugo was also on his phone. "The video is gone..." Bakugo muttered. "That fucking bird."
Deku heard him. "This is why you should have sent it to me earlier!"
"What video?" Kirishima asked.
Shoto stepped up. "School project. Don't worry about it. But...I also wish you had backed it up somehow."
"Maybe it's on the cloud? Or I could pick some dates for a reshoot."
"Stop it, Midoriya."

<Meanwhile at the club.....>
"Where in the fucking hell is she, Dabi?"
"As if you care," Dabi said as he took another shot. Was that five? Six? He'd lost count. "You were about to sell her to that maniac in case you'd forgotten."
"I was just telling him what he wanted to hear to get out of that meeting." Shigaraki slammed his phone down on the bar.
"Her phone is off so I can't see her location," Shigaraki said as he scratched at his neck roughly. "Damn it, Dabi. This is your fault."
"Maybe you're right," Dabi said, taking another shot. "I shouldn't have left her. She'd already been hit on by that.... wait a second," Dabi said, standing up and walking away suddenly.
"Where do you think you're going?"
Dabi didn't answer as he stormed down to the other end of the bar where that guy from earlier was sitting.
Dabi roughly grabbed the guy by his collar and pulled him off his barstool. "All right, side kick. Start talking or you die. What'd you do?"
"What are you talking about, you psycho? Put me down. You don't know who I work for."
"So you want to play tough?" Dabi asked, a fireball forming in his hand. "Let's see how tough you really are. The girl you tried to hit on earlier tonight when you wouldn't give her back her phone. Where is she?"
"That bitch?"
Dabi raised the flame toward the guy's head, just barely burning his hair. A look of panic spread across his face.
"Okay, okay, nothing. Sorry. Nothing happened. She wanted to hook up in one of the back rooms, but I changed my mind. Then she left."
"Bullshit," Dabi said. "You have one last chance to tell the truth. And then all of you burns."
"That's it. I swear! Then she went home. I think she got a ride or a cab or something. She said she didn't want to be here anymore around people like this. People like... us."
Dabi tossed him on the ground in disgust.
People like us.
Dabi couldn't call y/n because her phone was dead or off.
Dabi couldn't go to UA to check on her because... he wasn't like them. He was a villain. He would never be like them. That decision had been made a long time ago.
I never should have said anything to her about leaving the League, he thought.
This is what I get. This is what happens when I let myself get close to someone, when I let myself think that maybe even someone like me has a chance...
...a chance for something else.
Damn it.
--
I woke up in the dark under what felt like very expensive sheets. My head hurt like a bitch, but I was alive.
Opening my eyes just enough to see light sneaking out around the curtains, last night came back to me in flashes.
The club, Dabi, Dabi, the drink, the car ride, falling asleep...
Oh no. Shigaraki was going to be pissed.
And Dabi...
Why was I naked? I sat up quickly, looking around in the darkness for any sign of my phone or clothes.
I'd been here before, I realized.
I felt him shift on the bed next to me, so I hit him with my hand as hard as I could. "Wake up, asshole. Where are my clothes?"
"Hm?" Endeavor mumbled as he rolled over and stared at me, a grin spreading across on his face.
I pulled the sheets up to cover me. "You took me to your house?"
Endeavor took a long look at me. "Yes," he said finally. "I told you I was taking you home."
"This isn't my home."
"No, but it's mine."
"Did we...?" I asked, scared to know the answer.
"No. You were asleep. What exactly do you think of me?" His hand reached out to touch the necklace still around my neck.
I smacked his hand away and stared at him. Was he dumb?
"Well," he said, "I guess I deserve that."
"Did you expect any less? Let's see, you've hit me a couple times, basically tried to rape me in an alley at the gala, and yet I'm supposed to be totally okay with waking up naked in your bed after you kidnap me? And for that matter, why am I naked?"
He grinned again. "Your dress looked uncomfortable. Get back over here," he said, patting the bed.
"No. Back off." I dragged the sheet off him and wrapped it around me as I stood up. "You don't get to touch me anymore."
"Calm down. It's nothing I haven't seen before. Don't you remember me rescuing you from that idiot? Look, I might be an asshole, but I'm trying to be better."
"And yet you were hanging out at a club for villains? I'm not buying it." I didn't see my dress on the floor. Would he have been thoughtful enough to hang it up in the closet? I didn't think so but I wandered in there anyway.
"You don't get to my level without knowing some shady people," he called after me. "Lately I seem to have a lot of time on my hands."
Not seeing my own clothes, I grabbed a random shirt out of his closet and a pair of sweatpants. I was practically swimming in them but it would have to work.
"And who's fault is that?" I shouted back into the other room as I put the clothes on. "So you were bored. Awesome. Where's my phone?"
Suddenly he appeared in the doorway of the closet, fully naked in front of me, another stupid grin on his stupid face. "You look cute, little spy."
"Stop looking at me like that. And I don't do that anymore. As you know. Put on some clothes and find my phone."
He walked toward me slowly and I became extremely aware of how small this closet was. His large frame seemed to take up all of the space, making the walk-in closet feel tiny.
"Come on," he said as he stood right in front of me, one hand stroking himself as he stared at me. "Just once for old time's sake?"
I ducked under his arm and went back into the bedroom to look for my phone.
"I probably left it in my car," I heard him say behind me.
I grabbed his keys off the nightstand and, still barefoot, braless, swimming in Endeavor's huge clothes, I headed for the front door.
Maybe I should just take the SUV and drive myself home. But I couldn't exactly pull up to the dorms in Endeavor's car.
I found my phone and climbed out of the vehicle, unsure of what to do next. My phone was dead, so I couldn't call anyone. I could go back inside but... no.
Damn, it was bright outside, I thought as I tried to walk and cover my eyes at the same time. My head was still pounding and the light was only making it worse.
Taking my hand away from my eyes, I squinted in the sunlight toward the street and saw the silhouette of a person walking up the driveway.
Even though I was barefoot, I took off running down the driveway.
He shook his head when he saw me. I couldn't tell if he was amused or angry. Maybe both?
I tossed Endeavor's keys down the gutter grate and jumped into Aizawa's arms, wrapping my arms around his neck tightly.
"I told you I was coming back soon. Couldn't you stay out of trouble for even a few days?"
