Y/N's POV

We started dating a year and 7 months ago. I still love him with whole my heart. But I'm not sure if he still does.

1year 7months ago

"Hey y/n, can we talk for a second?" Haechan asks. I follow him to the backyard. "What is it?" I ask him. "Lately I have these feelings that I can't explain. And it sounds crazy but I fell in love with you. I was hoping you'd feel the same way. So I'm just gonna ask, do you want to be my girlfriend?" He asks.

"Omg Haechan, yes! Of course I will!" I almost jumped into his arms. "I'm so happy right now! I can't believe it, am I dreaming?" He questions. "You better not be dreaming." I laugh. "Omg! Haechan and y/n are dating!" Chenle yells through the house as he saw us. "Can't you keep anything for yourself?" The boy chuckles and runs away. "Congratulations you 2!" The rest of the guys tells us. "Did y/n confess to you?" Johnny asks. "Actually Haechan did." I tell him. "Really? Wow! The past few weeks I've only been hearing how he doesn't dare to confess to you." Johnny laughs.

1 month later

I hear a knock on my bedroom door. "What now mom?" I sigh. "I'm not your mom, should I go get her?" I look up from my phone and hug Haechan. "What are you doing here? I thought you were still on tour." I say. "I came back this morning. Happy 1 month anniversary, I got you something." He gave me a little red bag. "You didn't have to." I say. "Just open it!" He says and I do. "A necklace? Aw it's so sweet! Thank you full sun!" I give a peck on his cheek.

5 months later (6 months)

"Are you ready for tonight?" He asks holding my hand tightly. "Of course I am." I said excited. "Happy 6months!" He gives me a kiss. "Happy 6months to you too!" I give him another kiss. "Let's go have dinner and watch a movie after, and then we can still go get some ice cream somewhere." He explains the plan of the night. "You're so sweet for planning all of this, thank you full sun." I thank him. "Before I forget, here's your present." I give it to him. "A bracelet with full sun on it? Aw thank you sunshine!"

4 months later (10 months)

"Where are you going?" I ask. "I have work, I'm sorry sunshine. I won't come home late this time, I promise you. Bye bye." He gives me a kiss before leaving our new apartment. Here I am now, all alone. Yet again. His schedules are always so strange. Once he has work at 6am and the other day at 2pm. But it doesn't matter at what time it starts, it will always end late at night. I knew this would happen but in reality it's way harder!

2 months later (1 year)

"Good morning my full sun." I kiss his cheek to calmly wake him up. He opens his eyes and smiles. "Good morning." He replies. "What time is it?" He asks me. "9am, why?" I ask. "Oh no! I'm late for work, I gotta go!" He said in a hurry. "Wait, work? But don't you remember what day it is?" I ask. "What day is it? Did I forget your birthday?" I shook my head. "Did you forget our 1 year anniversary?" I ask unbelievable. "What no. But I do have work, I'm sorry sunshine."

3 months later (15 months)

"Full sun, how long is it ago that we went on a date?" I ask him with no shame. "I don't know. Do you?" He asks. "Yes, it's way too long! Should we go do something? It's your free day anyway." He looks up from his phone and stares in my eyes for a little. "Because you're asking it so sweet. I'm gonna get ready then we can go." He says. I smile and clap my hands. It's been way too long, that's why I'm so excited. "Where should we go?" I ask Haechan.

"Cafe and shopping? Or do you rather want shopping and cafe?" I chuckle at him. "it's the same thing." I say. "No it's not, what should we do first?" He asks. "Shopping." I tell him. We went shopping for 3 hours and finally went to a cafe. "Can you put your phone aside please. We're on a date." I was annoyed at how he always looks at his phone and doesn't pay attention to what I'm saying. "I'm sorry, continue what you were saying." His phone goes to his pocket and finally he's listening for once.

2 months later (17 months)

"Full sun, pay attention to me please!" I beg him. "What is it?" He sounds annoyed. "You never go out with me. Neither do you wanna do something at home. I wanna have some fun, just like back in the day." I tell him. "I'm just tired. I'm always working." He complains. "So am I." I say back. "It's different, you don't get it." He shrugs. "Excuse me? I work a full time job, do an extra babysitting job on Saturday and I do the household. Don't tell me I'm not as hard working as you are!" We're fighting again.

Now

"Full sun." I say in a soft tone. "What's wrong?" He asks worried. "I love you, you know that right?" He nods. "Do you still love me? And I mean like when we first started dating." He was surprised by my question. "Come here." He taps the place next to him on the couch and I go sit there. "I think we both noticed how everything is lately." He starts. It hurts to know where this is going. "I'm sorry for it. I really am. But I'm falling out of love. It's horrible to say that because I know you still love me."

Haechan was fighting the tears back. I instead let them flow. "Y/n I'm so sorry, you know I don't wanna do this." He starts crying now too." I hold his hand in mine. "I'll do it then. Donghyuck, I think it's better if we break up." I say with a lot of pain in my heart. I really love this man but it's not working out. "It has been the best year and 7 months of my life. I can't think of anyone else who I would've wanted to share it with. You're still my sunshine." He kisses my forehead. "Maybe one day that we can give it another try. But for now let's be great friends!"
