"W-What?!" Aether witness time around him freezing in an instant as though it had been halted by a higher force, the spear that should have struck him came to a halt before it can have reach him it hangs on the air a few inches from him.

[Activation has been completed.] There it was the all too familiar voice that he'd been hearing for days now, the same one that had eluded him as memories of what had happened before when he had his memory wiped out for his own sake.

Now it came returning as the process of the gnosis awakening had reach its final phase, he would have been panicking if not for the fact he became aware of the dangers that's lurking in his home town.

The fallen before him that had fallen in a crazy or deranged stare after what had happened yesterday decided to attack or assault Issei and he got her sister pulled in the chaos... because of his own action.

It seemed inevitable that she and the rest would be harmed and killed by that Fallen... until Ganyu appeared carrying a bow while wearing a strange dress that looked like it came out of a fantasy.

Which added to the growing mystic that Ganyu held when she saved his sibling, blasting the Fallen with her bow, Aether felt helpless before she arrive and he is still confused at what's truly happening.

"What's going on? What is happening?!" He asked, wondering what the heck was happening, the return of his memories that had been wiped out a week ago before just made things more confusing.

[Eidolon has now been linked.] The voice ringed in his head again as he was now even more confused and nervous as he wants answer for the situation that he's in and what is... truly happening to him.

"Who are you? And... why are you in my head?!" He all but shouted but only silence just greeted him, that is until he's graced by a incandescent light that glow brightly as it give off no pain to his eyes.

It was strange, it was different... yet he is feeling a as though it was alright, a welcoming warmth that gave reassurance that there was nothing to be afraid even as the strange Light grew.

"So it seems we had finally meet again child." A distant yet primordial voice spoke that sent a primal feeling towards Aether, making him feel both terror and awe at the entity that was the light itself.

"Who a-are you?" Aether asked while he stood cautiously, tensing as though something bad might happen if he didn't kept his guard down against the being of light even though Aether felt a kind warmth that's coming off from the light.

"I am all there is, all that was, all that will be, and all that's cannot be." Was the answer he received which didn't make any sense considering he is not a genius bit neither was he stupid, he just simply cannot guess what it meant by it.

"I don't understand..." Clearly he cannot as the Light chuckled. "Of course you cannot, there are things best left unanswered, but you're an exception I suppose." The Light exclaimed to him.

"Exception? What do you mean by that? Why is this happening to me? And what happened to everyone around me?" He asked wanting to get answer under the crazy situation he finds himself in. "You had reached synchrosis with the gnosis."

Came the unexpected answer that came from behind him. "G-Ganyu?! How are you not frozen?" Aether asked in shock, seeing Ganyu standing a few meters behind him, her bow tucked behind her back for the moment as she look at him.
