The canister shells is capable of passing through the atmosphere without breaking or burning the Anti-Virus in it, thankfully my access to every last data of Umbrella.

Allowed me to modify and improve the Anti-Virus now it would be very thorough in it's destruction of the T-Virus which had spread over the planet and even to the mutated fauna.

However with the release of the whole Anti-Virus across the planet, everything would slowly go back to normal which is great to say the least.

Which what I'm planning to do, nothing that traitor could do can stop me from burning him to a crisp, surprisingly he's somewhere on a facility in tokyo.

Oh, that's a lot of blue smoke good thing I've modified it's color to that rather than the usual green it originally was, it would have made an awful color in the sky.

The release is done, my simulation have shown me that it shouldn't take that much long for the Anti-Virus to make landfall, considering the pressure the canister created which made spread at a much faster rate.

Wonder how people are reacting to the little show I've just released, the cloudy skies is definitely going to be blue for a while since I've launch a lot.

But wasn't the sky always blue? Oh wait it's much lighter in color, the one I've released had a much deeper color so it'll be a strange weather for everyone.

Ah, the Anti-Virus worked quite fast, no surprise considering I've released a high concentration all over the planet which is being covered by a massive cloud of deep blue.

Though this slowly soon fade since even with the high concentration, it wouldn't overwhelm and cover the planet in blue which would have been funny.
