ANSWER to Sister
The twisted secret was that the narrator killed all of her family members!
She probably has amnesia and not knowing that herself is a murderer.
Or maybe she knows.
One sentence says everything: "I tried the knob with the keys"
Where in the world does she has the keys to her sister's house?

Sighting
My older sister and I are moving to another house. Although, I searched up the house and figured out it was haunted! My parents said there was no such thing.
Determined I could get some ghost sightings on my camera, I invited my sister. We waited until midnight. As soon I heard my parents snoring, I grabbed the camera and took pictures of each room.
"This give me chills," my sister shivered.
"I couldn't agree more, but I want to see if the ghosts are here," I spoke quietly.
The next morning I checked the photos. The room looks normal as we smile to the camera. I examined every one of them, yet no picture stands out to have a ghost.
"Wow, absolutely nothing." she scoffed.
"Time totally wasted," I groaned in slight anger.
I wanted to show my parents that the house is haunted!
Oh well, guess ghosts aren't real.
