Be in the shoes of the dead man. The knife is at his right hand, meaning he might be right-handed. HOWEVER, the left side of his brain is injured. Trying to kill yourself at the left brain is weird. Make a fist of your right hand, and pretend to stab yourself at the left. When suicide, right-handed injure their right brain.

Sister
My sister, Lace, texted that we're going to stay in her house for a movie night. I was excited, because I haven't watched a movie with Lace for a long time. You see, our parents died. Ever since, we were detached from each other.
I went to take a short nap and wait for the evening. Eventually, I woke up and arrived at her door.
Knock.
Knock.
For about two minutes, there was no response. I tried the knob with the keys, and it was a success! The door slowly creaked... Then, I saw my dead sister lying in a pool of crimson blood.
I didn't know what to do. Soon, I called the police and they were on their way. I sobbed until no tears appeared on my face.
The next two weeks, I put roses on my family's grave.
Am I next?
