"Don't even think about it," Harp snarled at Ghidorah as she brought Taron into the cave. The invasive species had been growling at the phoenix for intruding but stopped when their mate ordered them to.
"And here we are!" Harp declared once she and her friend made it to the back of the cave. Taron gasped when she saw the egg. Nuzzling the griffin, the phoenix purred, "You are gonna be a wonderful mother. I just know it!"
"Don't cut yourself out. You're a terrific mother as well," Harp pointed out, gently patting Taron on the back. The two pals started talking to each other about their current lives while Ghidorah went outside to bask in the sunlight. They didn't want to hear any girl drama.
