"I have personal messages," I answered. Dane took my phone and handed it over to Hayden. I widened my eyes at Dane as an instant reaction, feeling the panic growing. I slowly moved towards Dane in pure fear that Hayden would find the conversation between Alex and I. "You're good, Diana," Hayden said as he handed back the phone. I took it, even though I was utterly confused. If he had found the conversation with Alex, he would've known I was the Valerie he desired to kill. Alex is one of the last people I've texted, how could he not have seen that?
