A medium height girl with long, blonde hair and a somewhat tensed face entered, carrying a huge book. It honestly looked like she was about to drop it any second. "Hayden, the key is in here," she informed him. "But if it's in there, where's ours?" Hayden asked. "I'm sorry, I don't know," she answered as she placed the book down. "It's okay, I'll find it," he smiled at her. Wow, they sure are considerably politer here.

Dane has the key, but he kept shut about it for some reason, therefore, I decided it was best if I did as well. After all, he's helped a whole lot. "I can go search for it?" the girl offered. "No, you're not my personal assistant. I'll look for it," Hayden answered. Her face softened, and a smile formed on her face. She looked up at him with her dark blue eyes, looking rather thoughtful. "You don't happen to have any information about that Valerie girl? A description maybe?" she asked, stopping him from leaving the room. "No, Alex's keeping her out of sight. Three guys in here claimed to have taken her and Xavier at the same time, but Valerie was with Alex that night, according to Dane. We don't know how to get her yet, but I may have a plan." "What's that?" she asked curiously. Dane paid close attention to their conversation as well as I did. "I'll just use Xavier as bait, you know who will gladly offer Valerie for him," Hayden told her. They make it sound like Alex might be having an affair with Xavier. This is so confusing...
