Taylor POV

I tried my best to control my mind but I couldn't even finish half the chicken tender. Dropping it onto my plate I pushed it away and shrugged my mom and Charlie off, putting my head in my hands. "Do you want to be left alone?" My mom asked and I nodded. I heard her go into the living room but Charlie didn't leave. "I know why you want to be left alone." How did she know? "So I'm gonna stay in here." I nodded but kept my eyes down, lacing my fingers around my wrist. "I'm sorry." Was all I said before running to the sink and making myself throw up. Charlie turned around and held my hair back, knowing it was pointless to stop me. Once I finished a collapsed onto the ground. "Dammit. 7 years. Down the drain." Charlie shook her head "Your bound to have bad days. C'mon, you go brush your teeth, do you want your mom to stay or go?" I pointed to the door before going upstairs and brushing my teeth, collapsing into the bed wearing one of Charlie's oversized hoodies. They fit perfectly on me since they were big on her. Charlie came upstairs a little later and got in bed behind me. "Yknow you should wear my clothes more often, it's adorable." I blushed a little bit at that remark. Turning around I cuddled into Charlie and we stayed like that, the girl humming quietly. "What are you singing?" I asked. "Tied Together With a Smile" she sighed and began to sing the actual lyrics

"Seems the only one who doesn't see your beauty
Is the face in the mirror looking back at you
You walk around here thinking you're not pretty
But that's not true 'cause I know you
Hold on, baby; you're losing it
The water's high, you're jumping into it
And letting go, and no one knows
That you cry; but you don't tell anyone
That you might not be the golden one
And you're tied together with a smile
But you're coming undone
I guess it's true that love was all you wanted
'Cause you're givin' it away like it's extra change
Hoping it will end up in his pocket
But he leaves you out like a penny in the rain
Oh, 'cause it's not his price to pay
It's not his price to pay"

I started to sing along with her

"Hold on, baby; you're losing it
The water's high, you're jumping into it
And letting go, and no one knows
That you cry; but you don't tell anyone
That you might not be the golden one
And you're tied together with a smile
But you're coming undone"

"Thank you baby. You've got a real voice." I told Charlie, my eyes feeling quite heavy after her singing. "Of course sweet girl. Take a nap, I'll be here when you wake up." She whispered in my ear, running her fingers through my hair. "Sing something." I requested and I felt her giggle before beginning to hum the intro to Safe and Sound.

Hi! Short chapter again, sorry. Suggestions? Opinions? Do we want more Andrea stuff? I don't have a great relationship with my mom so it's definitely a challenge to write one but if that's something you guys want I can give it a shot!
