I wanted to share with you some of the songs that helped me overcome my mental health issues and become more confident in myself, in the hope that they will help you through your tough times. These songs aren't in order, simply because they all helped me in one way or another. These are all "alternative" songs but are definitely worth listening to, even if you dislike that type of music.
