Nightmares are something very hard to deal with as we don't have any control over them but they can be controlled by a few methods but before we get into it you need to find why your getting a certain nightmare it can be because of allot of reasons self doubts, anxiety, trauma, overthinking, fears and etc

You need to find the reason behind your nightmares and try to talk them out with a trusting loved one

Methods to get rid of them:

1- Better sleep routine

If you get your sleeping routine on the right track it can save you from a lot of things like nightmares, skin problems and even anxiety so try getting yourself on the right sleeping cycle and for getting yourself on right sleeping routine you can do what I do when I need to get my routine right

Don't sleep for one entire day and sleep on the next day on the time you wanna start sleeping from now on and without even the wait of a week you'll get your routine on track remember to stay hydrated the entire day that your waking up for, water helps in staying awake

2- Listening to Light Music

Listen to some light music something like a lullaby just like when you were a kid you should never grow up enough to feel ashamed of doing something like this here are a few things I listen to when I can't sleep


3- Good Thoughts

Thinking about good things always helps at reducing nightmares before sleeping start building a beautiful dream a happy one and slowly when you'll sleep you'll still be in that dream rather then the nightmare think about a farm about a landscape about being with your best friend about butterflies and everything positive♥️
