Fifteen: Finding Mate

"Why? What's wrong with me doc?" Jimin asks, worried as he sat in a vacant chair facing Seokjin's desk

"Just call me Jin or Seokjin okay? It's better than calling me by my profession." Seokjin suggests, fixing his round silver glasses with his kind smile following

Jimin nods, his hair bouncing ever so slightly as he gulps, "May I know why you called me here Seokjin hyung?"

Seokjin sighs, checking Jimin's features out before grabbing a white folder. "You did have a record here in my office right?"

Jimin furrowed his eyebrows, having flashbacks in his head before nodding his head in approval.

"Yes, I remember I did had a check up with you. Two times, wasn't it?" Jimin asks as Seokjin hums, tapping his ballpen on the papers inside of the folder he had

"Yes, and according to the results, you will be unstable in your sexual life when you won't be claimed yet Jimin. You're already 22, you need an alpha at least to mark you up." Seokjin explains as Jimin's breath hitched, his cheeks tinted pink as he was completely flustered on what the doctor said

"Unstable? I'm.. I'm actually at loss of words.. I still have no signs of my alpha.." Jimin sighs, stressed. He wasn't really an outgoing person that's why he lacks on finding his mate.

"In your background, you're not that outgoing.. Perhaps you'll need to explore? I'm sure your alpha's rut is at risk too." Seokjin says before scribbling notes on a paper again

Jimin lets out a shaky breath, what does he do? Meeting his mate would be far akward, especially if he suddenly became outgoing.

"Uhm.. I'm not so sure.. Can you advice me hyung? I'm really nervous about this." Jimin says as Seokjin smiles "That's okay, you just can socialize or date online. Whatever suits you up. For me, I met my mate theough online, but I advise you to just meet him or her on personal right after."

Jimin smiles, realizing it was a way to also find his mate. "Thank you so much hyung. You really helped. I will follow and hopefully.. I'll find my mate." Jimin says with a wide smile

"Of course, you can do it sweetie. But on how much I still wanna talk to you, I still have some errands to run." Seokjin says before gently pushing a paper towards Jimin "Those are some painkillers for your bruises. Don't overdose yeah? Only one a day."

Jimin gladly takes the paper folding it neatly before putting it inside of his pocket.

"Thank you hyung. I'm going now," The beta bows respectfully, smiling before waving his hand.

He shuts the door behind him, letting out a deep sigh as he began to think about his missing mate.

"Will I ever find you?" Jimin asks, praying to the heavens to give him someone he can call as mate

"Please, anyone will do." Jimin mumbles, looking down to the white tile of the cold hospital

Unconciously thinking, he continues to walk while looking down until he bumps into a stranger.

"Oh!" Jimin yelps, stumbling back as he felt a pain on his shoulder-- due to their tough fight with Jungkook, he now had muscle pains.

"Sorry! Are you hurt?" A cold, yet gentle voice says as a strong smell invaded Jimin's nostrils.

Looking up, he stares at the handsome stranger in awe who seems to recognize him.

"Aren't you Jimin?"

Taehyung lays on the couch, bored as the TV shows weren't entertaining him that much. Jungkook was still in the household though.

But it seems like the alpha was too akward to talk to him either.

"The baby's fine.." Taehyung says, gaining Jungkook's attention who looks at him "If you're planning to ask, that is."

Jungkook gulps, looking away as he clears his throat-- not knowing what to even say first.

"Doctor gave me vitamins. Jimin dropped me off since doc called him back.." Taehyung explains, looking up at the ceiling as Jungkook sighs

"Sorry." Was the first thing that came out of the alpha's mouth, his heart beating fast as Taehyung looks at him

"For..?" Taehyung asks, slightly confused but in the inside- he just wants the alpha to repeat his apology.

"I-I said sorry! Uhm for pushing you back! I didn't mean it I was too carried away- I mean my alpha side, uhm.." Jungkook says quickly blushing slightly as he was embarrassed. He never apologizes to someone before, not even his hyung.

It was one excemption.

Taehyung then smiles, satisfied to hear his alpha apologize. "It's okay~ Just don't be too violent to Jimin ah next time okay? No fighting!" He reminds as Jungkook nods, but is trying his best not to smile one bit.

"Alright.." Jungkook says, scratching his nape as he slowly stood up, with Taehyung also sitting up from the couch as the alpha sat beside him akwardly

"Is.. Is the baby really okay? Uhm-- not that I wanna know- I mean it's still my pup.." Jungkook says, completely indenial that Taehyung actually finds cute

"Yes, my doctor did examine, I only got bruises on some areas- specifically on what part I landed. But don't worry I'm okay though.." Taehyung explains again as Jungkook hums, his fists gently clenching for a split second as he was trying not to be too worried about Taehyung

Jungkook and Taehyung sat there silently for a couple of minutes, with the television giving the source of sound.

Jungkook sighs, glancing at Taehyung from time to time, as if he was gonna ask about something or wanted to do something.

Taehyung at first was unbothered, thinking it was just Jungkook's mannerism or just his alpha side staring. But it became weirder as time passed.

"Uhm.. Do I look funny? Is there a dirt on my face or what..? You keep on staring," Taehyung says shyly, quickly wiping his face as a reflex but Jungkook quickly shooks his head

"Oh! No no, nothing.. I-it's just that.." Jungkook paused, sighing before looking down at his tummy

"Can I.. Touch your tummy?"
