NO THIS IS NOT CLICKBAIT.

I CAME OUT TO MY MOM

my mom knew i was pan freshmen year but had no idea i was gay.

so we were talking about my aunt who wanted to read my book (mind you we were talking over my 92 year old grandmother who couldn't hear us and was working on the dryer) and when i say talking over i mean literally, like we were having a conversation over her head.

anyway:

mom: "just let her read it she's persistent."
me *thinking about how she's old school and how many times i've said i'm gay on here*: "nah"
mom: "why"
me: "cause i'm pan"
mom: "well that's not that big of a deal right?"
me: "well....i'm not pan...."

mom *smiles*: "you've been lying to me?"
me: "i'll explain later"

and then later she held me as i cried a little bit and told me how much she loved me no matter what and whoever makes me happy she's happy.

basically i'm so happy!
