so i wanna share something that my therapist told me today:

"you measure your self worth so harshly that you don't realize the affect you have on other people"

basically saying that no matter how hard you judge yourself, somebody out there needs you. someone loves you, somebody sees your worth. someone loves you so damn much that they can't see a world without you in it. (and before i get comments saying "no one loves me" or something like that. think of your parents, think of your pets, your little cousins or nieces/nephews. or think of me i would miss you so damn much)

if you're mindlessly scrolling through this book trying to forget something and you need a sign that you'll be okay:
