After four days, Attarah was finally allowed out of bed. Unfortunately the Cullens had returned to their home in Forks Washington though they had left with the promise of a return. The injured human was incredibly happy to be able to stand and make her way around the castle. In the early hours of the morning, she had been helped to wash by Miranda and Vanessa and dressed in comfortable clothing for the day. She was yet to show the kings the ugly words carved into her leg, she was certain that Aro must already know as he had read her thoughts though he said nothing. They were all too transfixed upon apology after apology when all she wanted was for them to let it go. The little brunette padded across with a slight limp to the bedroom of Caius, opening the door and heading to the right, she found her mates standing around the office chatting away in their beautiful language.

Caius was instantly at her side, looking at her with concerned eyes but she merely smile which in turn tugged slightly at his lips. She patted his cheek softly for a minute before dropping to sit on the couch in the corner, flinching at the pain that bolted through her.

"Are you okay my gorgeous?" Aro wondered and she looked up into his beautiful eyes, standing once more, she stumbled toward him and he caught her waist, the brunette beauty took a seat comfortably, looking at the papers he had been signing, only to find that none of them made any sense. Attarah leant her head back onto his shoulder and he lightly pressed a kiss to her cheek.

"I missed you" she pouted innocently and he couldn't help but smile as he assessed her face, the swelling had gone done and now all that was left was a deep groove down her face that he could tell was going to scar. He gently caressed her skin and she relaxed into the cool against her warm flesh. "Are you busy?" she wondered as she looked at them.

"We have actually been preparing a trial" Marcus stated as he sat down in the seat she had previously vacated, he placed his ankle on his opposite knee and watched her as she got a look of curiosity on her face.

"Why have you been avoiding me?" she wondered lowly but knew that they heard, for the past few days they had constantly had someone with her, whether it be them or someone else but when they were with her, they acted strangely. They had refused to touch her and barely spoke, she was tired of the silence and being ignored. Ignored as she was this very second. She stood with a scoff as she made her way out of the room. Caius caught her waist gently in the process of her leaving and turned her back to face them.

"We are not avoiding you" he stated and she looked at him with a raised eyebrows.

"This is the first time you have willingly touched me without having a completely disgusted look on your face" she stated and her eyes suddenly had an incredible fascination with the rug beneath the desk as she glared at the floor.

"No Attarah-" he tried but she cut him off.

"No... maybe they were just right and I was kidding myself. The way you have been acting recently doesn't contradict everything they said" she informed and tried walking again but this time she found herself pinned against a wall by a body. She had expected that behaviour from Caius or Aro but not from Marcus. The gently lover kept her against the wall with his arms on either side of her head.

"Never say that anything those... foul, rotten women said is true, never even imply it. We have been using all our strength to keep our selves away from you, we don't want to hurt you." he stated and a tear fell.

"I don't want you to keep yourselves away from me. I am fine. I just was everything to go back to normal" she stated and looked down, the brown haired king softly took her chin and pulled her lip from out of her mouth, her lip was busted slightly and by biting it she would break it open.

"You are still in pain" Marcus said with soft eyes and then relented and turned away. She didn't speak as she walked out of the room and back to her own, aware of their eyes following her as she did so. Attarah couldn't help but feel incredibly self conscious, as she looked at her reflection in her bathroom mirror, she could not blame them for avoiding affection with her. She was an absolute mess. Her hands softly placed on the marble counter top and she sighed before changing into shorts and a short sleeved t-shirt, feeling too hot as they had blast the heating in her room. The shorts made her leg on show and she could clearly see the word carved into her leg. Attarah sat softly on the edge of the bathtub as tears fell.

It was true. If she had seen a girl with three boyfriends that were all older than her, she was sure she would have a few choice words to say about it. Her hand fluttered over the word, now a permanent reminder of what people think of her. She wondered if the kings thought the same thing. Surely they didn't exactly appreciate kissing her after she had been kissed by their brother. She stayed in the bathroom for hours, just thinking until she sat in the corner, just crying silently. She was a complete mess.
