Attarah awoke with a jolt, the morning sun had arisen and Miranda stood at the foot of her bed holding a pile of clothes and a beam. Attarah groaned and rolled away with an unflattering groan of discontent, her ribs throbbing and her throat dry. She pulled the blankets over her head, only for them to be ripped off by a strong force. She glared up into the Ruby eyes of Caius Volturi who leant against the bed with a smirk, his right hand positioned on the headboard so he could be as close to her as possible while in that stance.

"Come now Attarah" he smirked and grabbed her arm, lifting her effortlessly with no strain on either party, and placing her on her feet on the floor of the males bedroom. She stumbled and he gripped waist to hold her. "Collect your bearings dear Attarah, wouldn't want to leave Aro waiting too long now would you." He smirked and disappeared, this time she truly did fall to the floor with a moan. Luckily that was where her blankets had been deposited and she curled into them.

"No" Miranda charted as she grabbed the weak girl once more and forced her to stand. Attarah was dragged away into the adjoining bathroom with a discontented sigh.

When she next emerged, she was decked in winter clothing and had a frown on her face. She wore thick dark blue skinny jeans which restricted movement, a grey and white shirt that was too long and she swore was stollen from one of the kings, a thick Superdry hoodie, a pink top shop rain coat, pale timberlands and had a bundle of scarfs and gloves in her arms. She was confused to say the least as sun shone in through the window.

With a newfound curiosity for her later destination, she voyaged to the door. Only to be stopped by Jane who stood with a smirk, the young blonde grabbed her arm and dragged her all the way back to the bathroom with a paper package under her arms.

"Right, hold still" the guard demanded and Attarah did as told but was shocked when Jane pulled her trousers down and stabbed her in the behind with a long needle, injecting a cold substance. She frowned in utter confusion.

"I did that to you when you first arrived Attarah, it stops your periods. Three months until the next injection okay?"

"Uh...right...sure" she nodded with a frown on her features as she rearranged her undergarments to sit properly around her throbbing behind. "Why though?"

"Blood Attarah? I don't really think it's worth all the blood, even if its not pure you still live in a castle of vampires" Jane shrugged and disappeared. Attarah headed back to the room and grabbed the handle of her suitcase, her scarf, hat and gloves in her other fist.

Trekking down the steps of the castle with a heavy suitcase was hard work but she finally got to the doors where her mates were waiting. She was going for less than a week but still had a case that would suit her happily for a year. She found her mates easily, all three lined up waiting patiently for her to arrive though Aro was somewhat less patient as he frequently checked his watch.

"Attarah" Caius smiled, the first to greet her. She was instantly pulled into his chest for a cuddle and she giggled as she tightened her hold around his torso. A peck later and she was moving on to say farewell to Marcus. This particular departure seemed harder, she felt as though more ties connected her to Marcus at that time though she loved them equally.

She gripped Aro's hand and he smiled down at her sweetly, knowing he had a lot of making up to do though hoping that his jam packed agenda would suffice. They headed out the doors with Felix, Alec and Demetri on their tail. The rows of guards on either side gave their own familiar farewells, some smiling and others waving, as the group passed.

Eventually, they entered the forest, leaves fluttering down around them. It was autumn, becoming winter and Attarah loved it though she felt oddly overheated in her many layers of clothes. It did not take her long to get tired and she effortlessly hopped onto Felix's back, he chuckled and grabbed her legs.

Aro sent a dark glare at his guard at the closeness but didn't say anything. He was fully aware that he had a lot of making up to do from the events of a few days prior.

"Here we are" Aro announced and grabbed his mates waist from behind, lifting her away from the guard and carrying her up the steps onto the jet. The future queen had a down turned expression but didn't bother to speak as she was forced into a seat and buckled in.

In the back of her mind she wondered where they were heading though Aro's cold hands against her skin distracted her from thinking straight. It felt like hours before her eyes finally felt too heavy to hold open. When she slipped off to sleep, her head fell onto her mates shoulder. Aro smiled secretly as his mind went over everything that they would be able to do over their trip. They were heading to Iceland and Aro was beyond excited.
