Two days ago we have witnessed the loss of screenwriter of Monster's University, Monster's Inc, Big Hero 6, and other Disney films--Daniel Gerson. At the age of 49, he had lost the battle to brain cancer.
I know so many people posted about it, and may I say that I am also grieved by his loss. I might not have known him very well as I did Alan Rickman just last month, but allow me to just say that none of the Disney films would have been without him. At least, the ones he had been contributing in.
So hence I give you the scene that we should all remember. Keep in mind, he too also voiced Officer Gerson/Desk Sergeant in the film.
Thank you, Mr. Gerson, for your amazing contributions to our childhoods and beyond.
