We were all working on Ali's memorial and aria had ordered something from her mums gallery.Her and Spencer pushed in a large box.
"Hey where's your mum staying?" Em asks.
"There's an apartment above the gallery so she's staying there."
"Kinda weird you mum moving out." Hanna said.
"Yeah like you'd expect my dad to move out."
"Aria." I say.
"I'm sorry I didn't mean it like that this whole thing just sucks."
"I know." Hanna says.
"Tell me about it." I said whilst unscrewing the box.
The girls where talking about things when I heard a life threatening sentence.
"What!" I say turning around.
"When Jason gets here tonight and he wants to see us in the morning." Spencer says and my heart drops.
"You know I hardly remember Jason."
"He was always just Ali's older brother."
"With his hardcore punk music vibrating the floor boards." The girls laugh.
"How did he get into an Ivy League school."
"Must've been a pass for goths and emos."
We all pull the lid off of the box and the thing inside is beautiful.
"Do you think Jason will like it?" Emily asks.
"He'll love it definitely." I say.
"Just think people walking by will only remember Ali as the girl dedicated to the bench we'll all be gone and she's going to be here." Aria said.
"That's immortality my darlings."
"I wish we could just choose the age we wanted to be and just stay there."
"Only way to do that is to die young leave a beautiful corpse." Ali said.
"Don't joke."
"It's not a joke. Oh come on could you imagine sting in some mysterious superior way."
"Is that really how you wanna go?"
"Not just yet."
"Don't talk like that."
"It's gruesome."
"It's not gruesome it's immortality my darlings."
