I feel like N.Y does have some Narcissistic characteristics. Like being the "Empire State" tends to get to his head a lot. N.J knows this first hand over decades of fighting him over waterways and even giving away Islands to keep the ports that N.Y kept claiming was his in the 1800s.

A lot of times he's like that supervillain who is so bad you somehow like him. Or at least like the way he was written.

I also like to think that Ladybugs pop up in his room often and he names every single one.

N.Y is really into a lot of fashion and when alone dresses up in all types of clothing. Besides dresses and skirts because ya never know when Florida is in the vents. H doesn't need a pick of him like that around the house-

Back when the country was first starting N.Y low key had a crush on Hamilton.  This came to my head and I'm sticking with it. Moving on-

Also, back then Virginia and he argued a lot on political policies.

He also attempted to help take care of newer states that formed in the Northeast and Midwest. But that went as well as you'd expect.

N.Y. has licked a pole in the winter as a dare and regretted it immediately after.

He writes his own books in private. Never showing them to anyone despite them being really good.

N.Y was surprisingly popular with the ladies back in the day too. Yes, Mass made jokes at his expense.

Yorkie refuses to play Truth or Dare due to previous ones that ended badly.

He's seen some really crazy shit-

He rants on and on about how unpopular the entire Northeast would be without him there.

He also makes fun of any state that is shorter than him.

He accidentally hurts himself a lot.

During the Civil war, he told stories to Geo and S.C to keep them entertained when N.J and PA were away making food or whatever they needed to do and couldn't look after them.

He makes fun of Alabama a lot for the meme specifically.

He also did show some sympathy for the UK after losing the war. (Sike-)

He has thrown hands with half the country so far.

He likes birds a lot, more specifically pigeons

He also has a best friend that's a rat. He named him Bruno after the Encanto thing. But before the rat's name was just rat.

He's totally made out with his hand before as practice and never told anyone about it.

He used to wear glasses in the 90s but just switched to contacts because he thought he looked ugly in them.

N.Y still gets hit on a lot but much more than he used to and doesn't leave the house much because of how easily flustered he gets.

He likes putting googly eyes on random things. Like D.C could pick up a coffee mug and suddenly see two eyes looking at him. Or at the floor-

He likes pottery despite not being too good at the painting part.

He also likes glass art and made a miniature shopping cart out of glass that sits on his desk.

He once said coke was overrated and almost died. Thankfully the bullets missed his head. But he was in the hospital for a while.

Another Civil war thing, N.Y helped out a lot with questioning the south, while most of it was done by Ohio, he did question a few when Ohio couldn't. The south liked him a lot better than Ohio when it came to that.

N.Y also slipped them candy on the occasion if he thought they were behaving well.

N.Y has a stuffed bear given to him by Albany. He sleeps with it when he has nightmares. He named it after Greg since he's one of the only sane people in the house.
